Herta is the greatest! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, always asking questions about how you live your hair life and offering products that will help and styles that feel lived in. She always works with me to make sure I can “wash and wear” her styles while feeling like I spent far longer styling than I actually did. Can’t rave enough about how much I love my Herta visits!

I have been getting my haircut by Misty since I was 2. Now she solely owns and runs the most breathtaking salon in Austin. All of the stylists are absolutely AMAZING. Herta, Emily, Sydney, and everyone else that makes my day brighter when I get my hair done. In all my 21 years with Misty and her amazing team I’ve laughed at least 17 times each appointment, and I’ve always left looking better than when I came in. I’m pretty sure there’s magic in the back room, because I swear the talent that these women and men posses are godly. I totally recommend seeing Liv!! She is INCREDIBLE and I always leave looking and feeling so amazing. She totally captures the vibe of the look I'm going for. She's so friendly, fun, and easy to chat with. Everyone in the salon is super welcoming. I highly recommend going to Harlow!

Liv cuts my hair and she is always sweetly and masterfully takes some sad state of my hair and turns it into something lovely that gives me a little zest for life again haha. It’s a blast to catch up with her each time and she’s super knowledgeable and has a great eye for little details. The whole salon is welcoming!

Liv is an INCREDIBLE hair stylist and person! She made my dark cherry red dreams come true. This was my first time coloring all of my hair and she walked me through cost, maintenance, and up-keep! Genuinely so grateful for her craft and attention to detail. Also, Cece does a great blow out! My hair is curly and that girl was using the round brush like a wand. Highly recommend this salon! They are very eco-conscious which I also love.

What a treat. It's so nice to be confident that I am getting a great haircut in a welcoming environment. Harlow's goes the extra mile. Herta and I have so much fun chatting and my hair comes out looking sophisticated! It makes me want to go straight out to dinner so I can show off my hip style.

I always love my time with Sydney. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, asked if I wanted a beverage and taken to my seat. The hair wash is a religious experience and this time I even splurged on a conditioning treatment! Sydney listens and delivers. My hair not only looks amazing but it feels amazing too. Cannot recommend enough 😍

I adore Harlow salon. I’ve been going here for a while now, and my hair has never looked better. Herta is fantastic - she understands I need a hairstyle that I can wash and go, and I still want to look polished (with just a little edge.) The whole team there is wonderful, from check in to the stylists to the apprentices to the checkout and scheduling for next time.

I've been going to Harlow for about 9 months now. I had a color emergency and was matched with Herta. She expertly, transparently, and kindly guided me through the color corrective process. She also helped me achieve my hair color goals. She truly cares about her clients. Herta also cares about the growth of the other stylists. LOVE this salon! Shelby is an amazing stylist for color and cuts! Also, he does an amazing job with hair extensions! I got some for the holidays and I’m obsessed with them! Easy to maintain and they look so natural. I get TONS of compliments! Highly recommend!

Update: After six months, I am still incredibly happy with Shelby and Harlow Salon. Always a relaxing experience, and Shebly cuts a consistently great haircut. After extensive research, I decided to try Harlow and Shelby. I definitely made the right choice. Shelby did an excellent job with my bob and I felt very well taken care of by both Shelby and Cici. I look forward to my next haircut!

Coming to Harlow is the highlight of my month. Caren treats me like a friend and makes my hair feel healthy and makes me feel beautiful. I have always been a salon hopper and will take any appointment with any stylist, BUT after finding Cici at Harlow I don’t think I will be hopping around anymore. I feel like I’ve found a stylist that truly makes me feel comfortable in her chair and really good about my hair! She takes her time to listen to your needs and is a true artist at executing what you want. The best two haircuts I had this year were without a doubt with her. Thank you cici !!

Emily is AMAZING! She listens well to what I wanted and how I like to maintain my hair. She was able to make suggestions that fit the style I wanted to achieve with little effort. Her head massage was the best I have ever had. I can’t wait to go back and feel so beautiful.
