Both my mom (57) and I (23) got the 60 minute facial. Ping did both of ours, and it was absolutely amazing. My skin is very sensitive and usually has a negative reaction to everything, but my skin had no negative reaction here! It feels so clean, looks so bright and even toned, and is so sooo soft and moisturized. My moms skin looks and feels great too. This treatment is great for young and old skin. ☺️ We will definitely be going back.

I did the groupon for the 60 minute facial with the hand/foot scrub. It was amazing! Maggie did a great job and made me feel very relaxed. I booked another session for next month :)

Joana was great. Its a small place up on 2nd floor. Everything was clean. It did not have any odors like others said in reviews. I would recommend trying. Price on Groupon was perfect. My whole body massage was perfect.

Nothing special. I got a Groupon for a 60 minute massage with hand and foot scrub. The massage therapist didn’t tell me her name. The place was small and clean. The massage was an hour to-the-second. I got a full body massage with a focus on my upper back which was lovely. However, the therapist did not massage my face, chest, or arms, unfortunately. The sugar scrub was very dry and almost painful. The therapist then slapped around a hot towel to wipe the sugar off of me. When we were finished I noticed the sugar scrub was a tub with the Marshall’s price tag still on it.

Was a small place. Nice clean relaxing. I used groupon coupon. I would not have paid full price. $90.My massage was good but only lasted a day. Ive had other massages that lasted up to 3 weeks.

excellent massage by Rain. however, receptionist was very rude on the phone and charged me $30 x-tra before I left because I had to cancel my last appmt. the day of when I got called in to work. I was going to buy x-tra massages before i left but changed my mind when I heard them talking about me as I waited on the bottom steps for my ride. I had locked myself out of my car and my purse was in the trunk.

Ping was very warm and welcoming and the massage was excellent.The right amount of communication to be comfortable and then being able to enjoy the peace.Music was relaxing and calm.Nice size massage table to accomodate needing a little more room.

I purchased a Groupon for the massage and hand/foot scrub here. I had no trouble getting in contact with them to schedule my appointment. Several people's reviews mention a smell when they entered the business. I did notice that smell when entering, but I think there may have been an animal previously living in there. It smelled like cleaner over top of it. It didn't concern me much because the rest of the business was visibly clean. I did not use the bathroom that other reviews mention, so I can't comment on that. Nathan was the first person to greet me, and he greeted me by name. Nathan and the woman working were both very polite to me. They were timely in getting started and the massage by Nathan was excellent! I didn't have any concerns.

I used a Groupon given as a gift and scheduled with Nathan via email. The lighting, music, and decor was appropriate. Nathan is very talented, receptive to feedback, and personable, eager to tailor your session to your needs.

Received two groupons as a gift and spoke with 2 different associates trying to schedule appointment and both were unable and unwilling to schedule appointments. No one works weekends, can't do massages and nails on same day, etc.- ridiculous. Not much of a "spa" then huh? Don't waste your money.

Amazing massage with Nathan Cook. I would highly recommend getting a massage by Nathan. My friends and I bought the Groupon deal for a 60 minute massage and hand and foot scrub. Well worth the money.

I have never wrote a bad Google review before and I honestly feel bad to do this but I do not want others to make the same mistake. I purchased a massage for my mother on Groupon and scheduled it about three weeks in advance. Two days before massage she realized she had to go to an emergency doctors appointment. I wanted to reschedule her massage for a later date. I called a few times with no response during business hours and we'll before 24 hours in advance and ended up leaving a message. A man called back much later and told me it was $35 dollars to reschedule!! I called back and just cancelled the appointment because it was not worth the $35 dollar fee. The next day they actually cashed in the Groupon even though no one went to the massage ! I was going to exchange it for something else. A waste of 40 dollars !
