I had an appointment at 2:30 for me and my friend and they TOOK 2 WALK INS BEFORE SEEING ME and didn't even see my poor friend just ignored him! This is the 2nd time we've had an apt and were ignored and they don't care. Do Not Come Here

This place is the best! We have not had a bad experience and always leave with beautiful nails and they take their time and give you exactly what you ask for. They have good prices and excellent service!

When I first went, it was nice and generally good customer service. But then I went back a couple weeks later to get my acrylics off and it wasn't as nice. Preface, my nails were a vibrant red and a rule had just come out in the Air Force stating that the only colors we could get was french tip, american, or nothing. I did not want either so I asked for a nail removal and some clear rubber base gel to keep my nails strong. I was then berated for "cheating" and told to either just get gel or regular. I understand that with the technicalities of a removal being "with service" it might have seemed like I was trying to pull a fast one, but it was pretty hurtful to just assume I was trying to steal and then complaining about it to the woman next to me.

I tried to like this place. I really did try! I’ve went several times in hopes that Kim’s attitude would change and unfortunately she doesn’t have a patient/kind attitude. In my culture you don’t move some ones hand hard and say “Relax!” That’s NOT how you get them to relax. Secondly she told me rudely after my nails were already done and dried ,NOT to touch my face after I had an itch. As if she’s my mother. I’m a 42 year old grown woman and for someone to talk to me in that manner is totally condescending and I don’t appreciate that. I will NEVER return! The Owners are super kind and heartwarming. Although I understand why you keep Kim & Mike for their skill set their attitudes should match their skills. I’m a super kind and generally patient individual but after a few times of this treatment I’m done! I rather go somewhere else with nicer people and pay more money. I wish you all the best and I pray this is an area you learn and grow in. - Melissa

I have been looking for a nail salon for months and finally found Harmony nail lounge. At first I was hesitant to try it because every time I go to a nail spa either I leave the place disappointed or my fingers were full of cuts . Bee did my ombre full set and was very happy with the outcome. She was very friendly and even try to show me first the color in my one finger before moving on to the rest. I am very picky when it comes to my nails. The only disappointment to me was she doesn’t do nail art in which I like to have.

They scammed my teenage daughter with up charges that she didn’t ask for. $55 for the full set (expected) then $5 for “long nails” (what even is that??) another $5 to “shape” the nails and then $10 for this tiny little bow that took no effort. So $75 for this….

Will not recommend. My fiancée was getting her acrylic nails removed when the nail technician did not even soak them up before actually removing them. Moreover, it damaged her nails greatly and made them very brittle and weak. He was popping them off even when my fiancée was expressing to him that it was hurting her. On another note, this specific nail technician went to blow his nose and proceeded to touch my fiancée’s hands without even washing his hands. Completely unprofessional and disgusted by the service here.

I always have a great experience at Harmony Nails. They greet you when you enter and get you seated as soon as possible. Whether it’s a manicure or pedicure, Kim is professional and makes sure I love the polish and design I’ve asked for. My nails are always beautiful!

Kim provided a poor pedicure experience, and I was very disappointed with the service. To make matters worse, she asked me to leave a review in exchange for a 3% discount. I find this approach unprofessional—reviews should be earned through quality service, not bribery. The discount offer felt inappropriate, especially after the subpar job. I strongly recommend staying away from this place. It’s hard to believe the reviews they currently have; they don’t reflect the level of service I experienced. Proceed with caution!

Overall it was a good experience. The nail techs were all very friendly, professional and polite. The only critique I have is that perhaps the online price list should be updated to reflect the prices of the shop price list. I spent more money than expected and was a bit shocked at the cost of my final bill. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to receive a more accurate estimate.

The first time I went to Harmony nails it was a great experience!! They never turn anyone away! The second time I had Mike do my nails and then Bee took over!! Today I went in and asked for Bee and she is very honest and has my nails in her best interest!! She did such an amazing job!! I have gotten my eyebrows waxed multiple times and always left those places feeling like I didn’t see a difference but today I was blown away by the shape and difference I could see in such a simple eyebrow wax!! You cannot go wrong with anyone at Harmony Nails!! I have found my nail home! Thank you a million times 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

Good nails, but left me with an allergic reaction. To preface, a year ago I developed a reaction to gel products. My eczema is triggered by any kind of exposure to gel products, so I've been very hesistant to go to any nail salons. I called ahead to check that they would he able to accommodate, was told that I would have no exposure to any gel products. I come in, excited to have my nails done for the first time in years, and all goes well. I triple check with the nail artist that I would not come into contact with any gel products and he confirmed. It was all fine until he put the top coat on, using gel polish. I panicked and told him that he couldn't use gel, and it felt like it was brushed off when he got up and walked off to come back a few minutes later. He filed it off and fixed it. I tipped $10 and paid $65 total. I am now sitting with my hands in ice with my cuticles covered in hives. The nails are nice, but this experience has solidified my hesitations about nail salons. Like I said, the nails were nice, but I was misled about the safety of being there. If you are unable to create a safe environment for customers who need allergy accommodations, please do not lead them on about it.

I’m not sure we’ll be back. My mom, daughter, and I went in as walk-ins and were seated right away despite them being pretty busy. We were not happy with the service; pedicures for my mother and I and a manicure for my daughter. My mother suffers from sciatica; when she tensed up during the foot/leg massage, the tech told her she was being a “big baby” after she told him he was hurting her. The tech who worked on me seemed to drift off during my pedicure; she was sort of staring off into space and was absent-mindedly going through the motions in an alarming manner. While repeatedly refusing a gel manicure upgrade for my young daughter (I’m not comfortable with ruining a preteen’s nail beds for the sake of a durable manicure), I was told a “regular manicure would be ruined right away, maybe even today, and you can’t complain.” For what it’s worth, my mother and my daughter did have nice looking nails. After we were told my daughter’s service would be a “child manicure,” we were charged full price.

Love this nail salon! Friendly, professional and clean! I have never received a pedicure or manicure I didn’t like. I go quite often to get an acrylic set and they seem to last forever! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a nail salon to frequent!

Disappointing Experience with Rude Ownership We chose this nail salon based on its good reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. When we asked for a regular manicure, the owner quoted us an outrageous price of $40. He was dismissive and tried to pressure us into getting a gel manicure instead. It was clear he didn't want to "waste" his employees' time on a regular manicure, even though we were already paying for pedicures. While the staff themselves were wonderful, the owner's attitude left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, I witnessed his wife engaging in extremely unhygienic behavior at the register—she was picking her nose for a solid two minutes, then wiped it on her jeans before touching a chair. This was beyond disgusting and made us question the overall cleanliness of the salon. We won't be returning.
