If I could give this place negative 100 stars… I would. Horrible service, horrible attention to detail, they don’t fully paint your nail, bad bad bad. I asked to get my HORRIBLY DONE JOB fixed and they were going to charge me an extra $25 to “fix” it. Front desk lady was horrible and didn’t even say thank you. Just a terrible place. Don’t go there.

This is low cost salon. People posting these negative reviews need to go to pay more to get an excellent job done. My coworkers and I love this nail salon. We went because it was close to our office. We all kept going despite having moved from the area. They are professional. The manis last long time, the price is right. Very clean. Highly recommend it.

Awful. The tech was rude and very rough With my hands and feet. Finished in 20 min and gave me an attitude when I told her she was applying the wrong color to my feet. Then when I went to another salon and they removed the polish from my feet I discovered I had fungus!!! I’m so upset. They’re so irresponsible and unsanitary. The owner should be shut down for this

I love the service! Very accommodating, quick, and prices are beyond reasonable. Walk-in available as well! I have been coming here for nearly a year and have been very happy with the service. Madeline and Yani are great! I got a gel mani and pedi, I’ve gotten French mani which turned out phenomenal.

Manager lady at the front desk was VERY rude. I spent almost 3 hours for a dip removal + gel manicure + regular pedicure because the girl was clearly new or in training. I wasn’t planning on complaining because I felt bad for her and decided to have patience but then the nail polish on my feet was expired or something and that meant I was going to have to take even longer to fix it TWICE. I said ok I have to go whatever and so I asked the front desk for a discount or some sort of deal for the long time and the BAD experience and she said it “wasn’t their fault”. I paid full price for really bad customer service (front desk) and bad nail polish. Will NEVER come back. If you have a services business you should know these things can happen and prepare your manager and staff for it.

I rarely give places a 1 star review and much less leave the place before they can even start my nails. This place is the absolute bottom of the barrel. The lady had a horrible attitude, she cut my toe and it was bleeding bad and the whole 10 minutes I was there it was stressful, not relaxing and bad energy. I had to get up and leave. The front desk lady wasn’t bad but overall this place deserves 0.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received. The staff has demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including charging me three times for the same nail repair. Additionally, I found the pricing to be excessively high, and the owner was very disrespectful. I would strongly advise against visiting this place. The equipment at the salon is often dirty and is reused for the same customers repeatedly. Additionally, the owner threatened to call the police if I did not pay $7 for the same nail repair. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable and reflects poorly on how business is conducted. DO NOT GO

Terrible service. I have long hair and I asked for a trim and layers on top so that I have volume. The lady was slow, not speaking english and had no technique, almost like it’s her first time cutting hair. Had to speak with another lady there to translate what I want. Also she was on the phone a couple of times and let me wait for a while to work on another customer, who by the way was reminding her about her highlights saying “ I do not want my hair burned like last time”🫢.. I should have just get up and leave but I said I should give her a chance and see the end. Well the end was a flat look with no volume and no layers on top. Of course there was no communication from the lady, she continued to work on another customer and didn’t even try to make it better. So I had to pay $80 for a lousy job. I am definitely not recommending this place!

lol some girl with a tattoo on her neck “choke me” got upset because I asked her if she could clean my nail up and she like didn’t want to continue service… they sent me to another lady and it’s like I was the problem because I asked her to clean my nail I felt so miss treated.

Cheap price for pedicure but unsanitary illegal way of doing it. They would fail a visit by the inspection board for sure. Using uncleaned and unsanitized utensils and motorized callus remover from one client to the next is just waiting for an infection happen. The technician was miserable and didn’t even speak English to be able to communicate with. Also blobbed polish on and wiped off the sides instead of properly painting it on. Spend an extra ten bucks to go somewhere else.

Environment smells awful, very toxic for clients and employees who are stuck there all day. Service was mediocre. Prices ok for Miami. This salon needs better management and it seems to cater to Spanish community. Won’t be returning.

No me gusta dejar malos reviews pero en realidad el negocio tiene que mejorar, hubiese leído bien los reviews antes de ir por que hace una semana me hice las uñas y ya las tengo destrozadas 😭 a parte de que me hicieron las de los pies apuradas, mal arregladas, ya se me dañaron, y bien costosas 😒. No vale la pena.

Poor management and horrible service. Paid $150 for Gelx hands and gel feet. Chipped in 3 days, went back to get them fixed and they had the audacity to want to charge me $20 to fix 4 nails. I am so disappointed with my experience. There’s plenty of salons with great service and rates. Don’t waste your time coming here. Do yourself a favor and go across the street As you can see by the response below you are dealing with improperly trained management. Lack luster environment and poor service. By the smell of the place when you walk in you know you’re dealing with BASURA. Jahajajaja

Amazing place , you can always get an appointment last min, very good service, the best price in town, after Covid all places for nails became impossible its ridiculous some places charge $70-$80 crazyyyyy, here the price is very reasonable $40 gel mani and reg pedi. It last me sooo longgg. Love the placeeeee. Very good quality products not cheap paints that crack after 1 day. Definitely Recommend

HELLO MIAMI!!!! I have been getting Mani’s & Pedi’s for over 15 years in Miami….. All I can say is WOW! My daughter found this salon for me and I’m never going anywhere else. I had HAZEL today. She is an absolute perfectionist. It is the BEST Mani/Pedi I have had. My feet feel so good. No Smelly Chemicals, no Grating your feet. Reasonable prices and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible customer service, I was referred by a friend, Drove too many miles , my daughter wanted to get 3 of her nails redone after a 1 week of having a gel manicure done there and the front desk refused..three nails ?? Seriously, Never referring anyone or going back to an unprofessional, no compassion place.. They need to be about their craft .

The worst experience ever. The materials that they are using are very bad and weak. This photo also shows that after I tried to fix them, I did my nails the first time and all of them got broken. After that, I went next day and they did it again for me in a very bad way.
