I just recently visited Harstra with 4 family members to get our hair done for a wedding we were attending in Scottsdale. We were all very happy with the service. Lynn was extremely welcoming and kind. You can tell she’s been in this business a long time and really knows her stuff. I’m so glad we found her. She definitely exceeded expectations. I would recommend her for any styling service.

Lynn is a fantastic colorist. She is great at highlights and lowlights. It is easy to see she has experience and knows hair. Lynn understands what you’re looking for and will make suggestions if asked. She is sweet and really loves what she does. She wants you to be happy! It is so hard to find a good stylist that you trust. With Lynn you have to look no further!

I went to see Lynn as she was recommended from a person on "Nextdoor". I am looking to grow my gray (and previous dye job) out, but need some blending while I do this. It's a process for sure, so you need to have a stylist that understands the steps. Lynn is perfect for this!! She spent a significant amount of time at the start of my appointment to be sure she fully understood my end goal. She worked her magic and I couldn't be more happy with the color and blending! I will see her again for sure!

Lynn took the t i m e to ensure that my colored and highlighted hair had a great outcome. I left my old salon because it had become very transactional. Having been an my old salon for 2 years, they began scheduling me very tightly between other clients, "slapping on product" generally by an apprentice doing the majority of the service, then rushing me out the door! This is NOT the experience at LL Harstra Salon. Lynn takes the time to individualize your color and highlights while carefully managing your hair's outcome. In short, Lynn cares and does fantastic work!

Im so happy I found Lynn. Finally! I have been to numerous salons in the past years and I’ve noticed a lot of stylists don’t listen, carry cheap products, dont know much about blonde highlighting etc. lynn does!!! She uses great products, listens to me and is very knowledgeable. Love my haircut and color! I highly recommend Lynn!!

Lynn was amazing! I’ve been in bad experience hair world for too long. She cut my hair and colored it like how I’ve wanted for many years. She spent the time - and let me tell you- TIME to tell me what I needed vs what I wanted. She met me in the middle and I’m hooked. She’s amazing.

I just got my hair cut for the first time here & I am in love! Lynn did such a fantastic job & really made me look my best. She was super knowledgable and professional. The salon itself is very clean and beautiful. I especially loved the candy bowl in the front :) Overall, I would absolutely recommend this salon & would definitely come back.

Just recently moved to Arizona and happened to find this lovely salon in scottsdale, very clean and very professional. Lynn goes out of her way to make sure you're satisfied and uses all top of the line products to make sure you're looking great once she's done. She did such a great job with me so decided to take my mom to see Lynn as well and she was as happy as I was with her haircut! Highly recommend.

This was my first LL Harstra visit. I was nervous to go to someone new, as I am new to AZ and back in IL had the same person doing my hair for the last 18 years. I am very pleased with my experience with Lynn. I went in to darken my hair after some recent highlights I regretted getting a few months back. I picked a shade and Lynn talked me down to a shade lighter and explained to me exactly why. I felt informed and comfortable following her professional recommendation. The color turned out beautiful! Very rich and healthy looking. She is pleasant, friendly and very experienced. Highly recommend!
