I do not recommend this service or salon. The woman who did my hair was offering advice on how to prevent hair loss and hair thinning when I have extremely long and thick hair. Did not actually pay attention to the hair I have an instead felt like she was reading from a script. This is nothing but a glorified hair wash. Was supposed to have massage and that barely happened. The staff do not seem prepared to care for people with textured or thick hair. Left with my hair frizzy and poofy. Again, save your money and get a professional wash and blow out.

not worth the over $200 price at all, wasn’t relaxing actually hurt really bad, we paid for the 90 mins and just felt they started doing random things to kill the time, they didn’t show us the products used, head broke out for 3 weeks after treatment. wouldn’t recommend at all

Absolutely amazing experience! Zara (maybe I am misremembering her name) was so kind and caring and took such good care of me. So knowledgeable about hair too! She recommended great products and ways to improve my scalp and hair. The whole vibe there is incredible. Definitely recommend!

One word WOW!!! From the salon itself to the staff to my treatment everything was top notch. The analyzed and gave me specific advice and treatment for my scalp. The massage chairs are amazing and I didn’t want my treatment to end! Alexandra was absolutely amazing, not to mention my facial treatment and shoulder and scalp massage. If you are considering going Haru Head Spa is a must for a scalp pamper day. My hair looks so shiny and this will help it grow also.

Came here for the first time to experience the K Dream and it did not disappoint. Cristy was friendly, positive, knowledgeable, and provided amazing customer service. From start to finish I loved every part of the experience! Some could considerate it pricey but in my opinion with the sheer number of treatments involved you definitely get your money's worth. My scalp is clean and happy and calm, my face is glowing, and the Jade roller massage bed worked out all of the tension in my lower back. If you want a luxurious spa experience where you can see immediate results and treat yourself at the same time, look no further! I love the attention to detail, the vibes in here are fantastic and I can't wait to come back!

I am grateful that I gave Haru Head Spa another try after their soft opening. I had the pleasure of Christy being my aesthetician and she was very gentle with my scalp. She was well spoken and informed me of what everything was and what her tools did for my scalp. We examined my pictures of my scalp before and after and she was able to develop a treatment specifically for my needs before we got into the massage chair. She explained all this to me before the head spa began so I felt very much in good hands. After the head spa and very nice facial, we headed back to the chair and Christy explained to me more in depth what she did and what she was doing next, how each tool works and its purposes as well as offering my a cup of tea which was probably the best tea I’ve ever had at a spa! It was so enjoyable! The whole experience was truly what I was looking for when I made my appointment and I am so glad I decided to come back here!

My daughter and I had the most wonderful time here. It was the ultimate self-care experience. Relaxing, rejuvenating, and so beneficial for health & beauty. The massage & treatments not only felt amazing, they left our skin and scalp feeling fantastic. Kristy is incredibly knowledgeable about scalp care and our technicians Heather & Remy were wonderful. Highly recommend for anyone wanting healthy hair, glowing skin, and a luxe spa experience in an uplifting, zen environment.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Haru. Januvi was very knowledgeable, soothing, and really fun to work with for the 90 min service. It was so peaceful and relaxing, I rarely fall asleep during spa services but I was nodding off this time. A very relaxing high end spa experience that left me with the softest cleanest head of hair! Thank you!

Es un lugar para consentirte. La visita empieza con una visualización de tu cuero cabelludo. Con el resultado de ésta evaluación determinan que tratamiento te darán. Además de va limpiar tu cuero cabelludo y cabello te realizan un facial sencillo y pequeño masaje en tus manos. Y durante todo el proceso estás en una cama que te estará dando masaje. Lo recomiendo mucho. Al final puedes ver el comparativo del antes y después! Me encantó!

Extremely disappointed. Overpriced services, especially for the area of San Diego this spa is located in. The worst part was, the salon bed, aggravated my herniated disc. I laid down on what I thought was a shampoo chair/ bed, massage was started but it was a jade ball, that rolled up my lower back to upper back. I asked for services to stop immediately but injury already took place. SI joint is inflamed and hurting. Spoke to MJ, a few days after incident and had a snark remark, something like " what else does massage chair mean? " . Do not recommend this business establishment.

Honestly, I wasn’t as impressed with the service as I hoping, especially for the price. It’s $250 and the head massage was just ok. It’s 90 minutes but only about an hour of the time you’re in the massage chair. I would rather spend that much money (less probably) and get a professional facial/head massage at a top rated spa. But for a place on convoy to charge that much for not that great of a head massage, was a bit disappointing. My husband had the same sentiment.

I recently had a delightful hair spa experience, thanks to my sister who booked the appointment for my birthday and the amazing staff at Haru Head Spa. I went in not knowing what to expect, but Ray, my technician, was amazing! I highly recommend that everyone try this at least once. If you have curly hair or coils and are worried, don't be! They adjust the treatment based on your scalp needs and hair type. I was extremely worried because my hair is extremely curly and thick. As it turns out, this treeatment was just what my head and hair needed. I left with my head feeling so much lighter. The package included a variety of treatments, making it well worth the price. The full package includes a head, shoulder and hand massage, as well as a facial. I appreciated how hands-on the entire process was. Unlike previous experiences in other spas where I would be left sitting in a steam cap for over 15 minutes waiting for the technician or stylist to return, Ray was consistently attentive and engaged throughout. I was initially a bit nervous, but Ray’s warm introduction and explanation of the process and her experience helped build my confidence. It truly turned out to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! I highly recommend trying it at least once. The full experience is well worth the price tag. The facility was clean and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. There wasn't a single part of the experience that we did not appreciate. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.

This is the worst head spa I have ever been to. The price is unreasonable. It costs $200 for 60 minutes and only washes my hair for 15 minutes. I press my head for about 15 minutes and waste time doing some useless things on my head. Later, when I couldn't blow dry my hair, I was let go without giving enough time and allowing me to truly relax. Spending this money is really not worth it 这是我去过的最差的头部水疗。价格不合理。60分钟要200美元，洗头只有15分钟。我按了大概15分钟的头，浪费时间在头上做一些无用的事情。后来，当我吹不干头发时，他们就放我走了，没有给我足够的时间，让我真正放松。花这个钱真的不值得

What an amazing place! I've seen this going viral on insta and decided to give it a shot. It was worth the time and money. I had one of the best upper back/neck massages. Really helped with my tight knots due to my work (RDH). She showed me why I was having an itchy scalp and what I can do at home to help with it. From beginning to end, everyone was very professional and great. Highly recommend and would come back!

Absolutely amazing customer service it is a full experience that is going to leave you feeling refreshed rejuvenated!!! My scalp has never felt so clean. Aside from being clean the education and knowledge of the staff is unmatched. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

First time getting a scalp treatment and it was amazing. They really analyze your scalp and use the perfect product for your scalp type. You also get a mini facial, lymphatic massage and they even massage your hands with the $250 K-dream package. My scalp never felt so clean and fresh before!! All in all amazing service, clean, and very sweet staff :)

I had the best experience! Their service is amazing! I had an issue with my hair, and the technician’s and spa owner went above and beyond to help me. They truly care about results and making sure you leave happy. Everything they use during the service are elite products and items, starting from the jade rolling massage chair, down to the Dyson hair dryer. No need to go anywhere else, this place is the best! They are so warm and welcoming here, I loved it!

I was promised a slice of paradise, I was delivered a slice of heaven. The professionalism and the immense amount of knowledge the staff and technicians have provided to me have not only increased my awareness of the condition of my scalp, but they have honestly altered the way I take care of my scalp on a daily basis. Had it not been for the microscopic camera, I would not have known how much stress I had, nor would I have known what exactly I need to take care of. I love how after the head treatment and very relaxing massage chair, I was provided with an outstanding cup of tea. The owners and the staff are very diligent in their coordination of working together to ensure that the clients are treated well and taken care of to the fullest extent.

This was my first experience going to a head spa and it exceeded my expectations. I walked in and was greeted immediately, I was given a tour and was walked over to the dressing room where I changed into my robe. Everything was nice and clean. I chose to go with the k dream and it was the best, I recommend! After my facial, massage it was time for my scalp analysis and I was not expecting to see a lot of build up but after my treatment I have never felt my scalp so clean and healthy and I got to see the before and after and the results were insane. I will definitely will be going again!! I also have to say that the manager Kristy and all the staff were so kind and attentive!!
