It’s so amazing when a hairstylist makes exactly what you want come true. I highly recommend asking for the owner. She is very experienced, and super friendly. She goes above and beyond for her clients!!

Amber did an amazingly job on my hair. Everyone here is so friendly and it’s very clean inside.I returned and it went just as well but the receptionist was kind of rude and not very friendly.

Autumn did a fantastic job listening exactly to all the very specific details and requests I made in getting my hair done with her for the first time. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I love the cut, color, and style she did! She also is excellent with fades!

I have been a client of Hats Off for 17 years. The stylists and nail technicians are professional and courteous. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a manicure or pedicure.

If you decide to go here, do NOT go to Lisa. She tells everyone she's been in the business for 26 years, so I thought she was legit. She literally destroyed my hair and she had to keep asking everyone else if she was doing okay - you could tell even her co-workers were getting annoyed with her. Constantly chewing gum and quite unprofessional. Please avoid.

I’ve been going to Hats Off for over five years and I’ve never had a bad experience. My hair always looks great and they style it well so I can look my best for the rest of the day. Kalli’s hands are magical! The location is convenient and I always get in right at my appointment time.

THEY DID NOT DO WHAT I WANTED, I KNEW IT WAS AN APPROXIMATE BUT DUE TO THE WORK THEY DID TO ME, I REALLY FELT A ROBBERY SINCE I HAD TO DO IT LATER, AND I HAD AN EVENT AND I WENT TO MY EVENT WITH A DYE STAIN ON MY FOREHEAD, NECK AND LATE EAR DAYS TO TAKE OFF, THE SPOTS ON MY SKIN WERE MORE NOTICEABLE THAN WHAT MY FRIENDS DID TO MAKE FUN OF WHAT IT COST ME AND THE AWFUL WORK IN THE END MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL
