Richard is so awesome! Friendly, fast, serviceable! He's great and this place is great. I came to get a blow out and hair straighten and it came out great! It lasted more than 7 days with tender, loving care!

Richard knew I was a new Groupon customer who was not familiar with his highlighting process. When I arrived he explained that he uses straight bleach on blonde hair in order to achieve his results. The other option was to color the whole head and use toner to achieve the results. But he wasn't sure if he could deliver the color on me that I desired much less still keep my hair from drying out or falling out. I turned down the service which he was perfectly fine with. He then asked me to bring Groupon up on my phone app. and asked me to select REDEEMED. He made sure that red writing was going through it. I said I didn't think it should be redeemed because I didn't get the service. He said that was no problem and that he would call Groupon and give them my info. to make sure I would get a refund. He said that they are sometimes hard to reach by phone. He said he does not use computers and is no good with them. He assured me that everything would be taken care of as far as the credit and bid me farewell. He has not contacted Groupon and does not return my calls. I would rate Richard Villaunueva a 0. This still needs to be taken care of. Noone should go around ripping off people esp. if you are self-employed and rely on your reputation in the community.

Richard was amazing! I found him on groupon and I admit I was super nervous. I never let anyone cut my hair but the deal was too good to pass up and I had been wanting a change. I have extremely long and thick hair and had absolutely no layers. Richard gave me beautiful layers, exactly what I wanted! If you are nervous getting your hair cut, I would say you should trust Richard. He was very sweet and when I informed him I didn’t actually purchase the groupon (because I know that groupon takes a portion) he honored the groupon price with no hesitation! Richard thank you for working a miracle, you made me very very happy! Wishing you all the best and so much happiness! I will be referring friends over to you :)

Went there is was a horrible experience! Would not recommend Richard is a mess and the shop owner has absolute poor customer service! Beware this place is a hot mess! Let’s just say Cindy Peterson was my same experience!

Dallia is like a multitasking wizard. She was running a little behind but still managed to fix my color, do my manicure and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it with very little direction. I finally found someone that can cut my hair properly. Very happy about that!

Dallia was so welcoming and did an amazing job on my highlights! She was professional and very reasonably priced. I have fine hair and she recommended the Rewind treatment and it worked miracles for my scalp and ends! Would highly recommend her. She also does permanent makeup which I will definitely be going back for. 5 stars.

Everyone in this glamorous salon are such great stylist. The salon is very unique and stylish so the vibe is extremely chill. I've gotten my hair done twice and both styles have been so different from one another. Jaime understood by vision and executed it with no problem. He's one of the best hair stylist in San Antonio no doubt!

Jaime and Dalia were amazing. Their products are natural and effective. Dalia cut my son's hair and she was very warm and patient. She did a great job cutting his hair, he said it was exactly what he wanted. Jaime cut my hair and saved me from myself with his knowledge of curly hair.

I have had a haircut from Richard 3 times and are very happy with it. He really knows how to cut hair. So glad I found him. He is the first stylist in San Antonio I have gone to more than once because I was never happy with any other haircuts.
