So I booked a standard haircut and wash , I wanted some long layers and to keep my length. Pretty standard right? My stylist was Bernette. She's absolutely horrible my layers were choppy and one side was longer she wanted about 6 inches of my hair cut off. I said no and she did about 4 off (not much better). She kept insulting my hair saying my spilt ends were super high (I have previous layers so they were layers not my entire head) she couldn't seem to understand that. When washing my hair she had freezing water and it kept getting in my ears (granted I didn't say anything because some people say cold waters better than hot) but she only warmed it up when she had to wash the shampoo off her hands. I also wanted face framing the photo I showed had the layers starting right above her shoulders she cut them at my chin..... at the end she showed my my hair and I looked in the mirror I held in tears as I was given some 80's bangs done by a 3 year old. The other times I've been here the ladies have been great.... just not Bernadette or whatever her name is. My mother payed so I'm not sure of the exact price(I sat in the car and cried that my beautiful hair looked horrible) but it was still too much for what I got. Please of you go here don't ask for Bernadette. She also kept editing insulting me... "god you must love heat your spilt ends are crazy" was one that stuck.... I can't remember the last time I used a straightener. Please please don't make the mistake i made going.

Bernadette always does such a good color that lasts weeks and attracts compliments all the time. I always look forward to my forced relaxation and good company at HH whilst my hair is done by experts.

Rita has been doing my mani-pedi for several years now. I’m sorry I haven’t sung her praises before now, as she has been a wonderful nail tech through the years. So glad she was referred to me and now I have pleasure in referring her to you!

I had the opportunity to have partial lowlights on my hair with Missy today. Very professional, knowledgeable and a great hair colorist. When I walked out today my hair looked so natural and blended so well with my natural red hair (which is very hard to match) that it looked like I went in for a cut and style! Went into the salon with pink streaks in my hair that I was tired of, and came out completely different. So happy that I've found a salon that can work with my coarse, wavy hair and not against it. Very reasonable pricing structure, lots of services - Facials, Nails, Hair & Boutique. Will definitely be back.

I really like the person who does my daughter hair she knows exactly what we're trying to do and is able to accomplish it in a timely manner. She is very great with kids and I highly recommend her. Bemadette is her name
