Had nail tech robin he was very patient and stayed late to do my nails perfectly very very pleased with my service and will be back.! Always a very comfortable environment. Tell robin and i wish i remembered the nail gem for my toes but they are amazing.

I like this shop overall but this time around I went it for a SOAK OFF and polish change on my toes. I believe it was Harry who serviced me and he did not soak my nails off but popped my nails off with a nail tip. When he asked me if it hurt, I said "yes" but he continued. My left pinky nail is red and the top of my nail is GONE. My nails are very fragile which is understandable because I've been getting acrylic nails for about 4 months now but if I wanted a SOAK OFF I should've gotten a soak off especially after saying I was in pain. If he couldn't get the nail off with the nail tip he should've resorted to soaking them off.

I decided to stop in the day before Thanksgiving. I had originally asked for dip with extensions and had to ask for them to be removed. I said something several times while she was doing them, they looked absolutely terrible and were extremely unbalanced and uncomfortable. The manager asked me what I expected and I told her I expected my nails to be properly done. If they couldn’t do that with dip, then I was fine with acrylics. A gentleman did the acrylics and while still far from perfect, at least looked presentable enough I could deal with them for a couple of weeks. I should have listened to my instincts. They were pretty thick and uneven, without the proper apex. A couple of days later, my pinky nail started to hurt. When I went to another salon to have them removed, my nail was completely broken through. I have had my nails done for over 20 years and have never experienced this.

I had an old acrylic overlay that needed to be thinned out and filled in. Jimmy did a great job, and the young lady who did my polish did, too. Very pleased with the work, the environment is nice, this is my new nail salon.

I had been coming here for the last 2 months and had no complaints but as of this day December 24th 2024 they will never service me again and I hope every one that comes into this shop speak up for them selves record and if it’s not done to your liking and they act as if there is some language barrier call police and let them know about the lack of service it’s sad I told them they didn’t style my feet nothing like the picture it was embarrassing and looked like I let my niece color on my feet I ask him to take it off and pain white he tried to still charge me 90 dollars which is something rarely pay unless I’m getting all acrylic toes I had him remove his work and and go simpler he made a problem they acted as if they didn’t see the polis all around my toes I’m not sure if this is a school or salon but frankly don’t give a damn I made it clear I was only paying for pedicure and nothing else I was sad and disappointed with the service it have they just want a buck and I’m not having it !

I had been going here since the summer. As of today I won’t anymore. Not only did I witness RUDE behavior towards a unsatisfied customer but ALSO received rude behavior from several of the male staff when I requested to have my nails done. I come every two weeks and spend no less than $85 plus 10% tip. I refuse to continue to spend my money supporting a business that made me feel discriminated against!

Okay, hear me out! I love my nails. Clean shop nicely decorated. However, there are a few things I don't like. This was $58. It's a full set pink acrylic with a clear top coat. The full set is $38, and the gel is $10. I'm not sure how we got the extra $10, and it's my fault for not asking. Also, she laid my acrylic super thin, which I'm not a fan of, I walked in, and I think her regular client came in, and she started to rush with me. Also, I don't like it when I get my nails done and the staff is continuously speaking in their native language and laughing a lot. It makes me feel like they are talking about me. I will go back though and give them another chance all and all.

This was my third time coming here both were ok but this last time I will not be coming back. First I was over looked twice until I said something. The tech who did my nail I told her specifically I don't like thick overlay and she did it anyway. She rushed and the nails you could tell. Plus the techs need to keep a cleaner workstation.

they always do the best work. i never break any nails even when they're super long. i will always come here 🩷 they are also always super accommodating and sweet to my toddler. when he doesn't come with theyll ask about him 🥹

I came here for the first time and my pedicure was about 12-15 minutes long. I didn’t have anytime to relax and the man only did one coat of polish on my toes. As I was sitting down to let my one coat nail polish dry the man asked me if I am ready to pay. I kindly asked him if I could wait until my nails were dry because I am walking around the salon in pedicure sandals and I had just sat down. I left very unsatisfied and will not return ever again.

I came late Saturday right before close and was pleasantly surprised by my services. This was my first time coming to this shop and Wendy did an excellent job on my nails, giving me exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be back!

I usually go here and they do a wonderful job!!!!! Not today!!!! This was the fastest pedicure I have ever had!!! He rushed thru it on top of charges me $5 to take off my previous polish and another $5 to shape my toes nails and which I believe that comes with the service so why I have to pay an extra $10!!!! On top of my french tips are uneven and not even straight!!!!! Nor didn't he do two coats on them!!!!! I will not be back here!!!! They have really fell off and DNT care about the service they giving out!!!!

I've visited this nail salon many times. Each time is a little different than the last, but they are always amazing. I like very complicated designs on my acrylic nails, and each time, the people who do my nails do their best to accommodate. I would 10/10 recommend.

Sunny is the absolute best! Very professional with a clean work environment and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend… Ask for sunny she is excellent!!!
