I’ve been to Haven many times for massages. This most recent was my last. There is just no justification of price to the quality. They start the massages late. They didn’t honor the promo code with no advance explanation. For the prices they’re charging, you can find better elsewhere.

Had a wonderfully relaxing hot stone massage with Heidi, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Facilities were very clean and massage was 10/10. I wasn’t looking for a lot of spa amenities, a pool, or anything like that, just a really great massage. That’s exactly what I got, will definitely go back. Highly recommend Heidi.

Amazing services. I got The Jock massage which was unlike any massage I’ve had before, great for any sore or tight muscles. I also had the Tock Tick Facial and would highly recommend for anyone in there mid 30s or up! Rly plumped up my skin and I left glowing

An honest and true review: 1. Haven is a BEAUTIFUL location. It’s very serene and warm. The people on the front desk were very attentive and kind, and made sure I was taken care of to start my appointment. They had a great lobby with tea and snacks provided for. 2. With everything so professionally done, I was caught off guard when my nail technician asked me what services I needed to get done. Part because I didn’t know the name of the services I had booked, part because I thought they should know already because it was communicated to them. 3. The service was great for the most part. My nail technician took care of me. The only negative part of the experience was when I was getting my manicure done. I had given the technician a heads up that I’m REALLY picky with the shape of my nails. Like I want it perfect; especially since I used to do my own nails and also I will have my nails for about 3 weeks. At first, she was cooperative, then when it came to my other hand and I said it needed to be shaped more evenly. She said it’s good. I said no it’s not. She explained how it’s okay because it’s about how people see it. But I could see with my own eyes my nails were uneven and I responded that *I* will be seeing it. She was not happy, but did it anyway. I just didn’t appreciate that exchange. When I got home, I felt the edge of my nails bumpy…. Thank God I had the nail file they gave and was able to fix it myself. Because if not, it would have driven me crazy!! The last thing I would say is because I am new to getting my nails done, I would take note of how long it lasts (gel nails). For this particular salon, it lasted about 10 days before the gel chipped. Which I think is not the best.

Haven is and always has been exactly as the name implies….a haven. I always feel pampered and doted on whether I’m in a treatment or in the waiting area anticipating my treatment. It’s easier to deal with the rest of my week after I’ve had a day of indulgence. Everyone is professional and exceptional in their craft. I recommend everyone I know to take advantage of this jewel!

Peaceful, tranquil environment with friendly staff. In praise of Raquel for her nail expertise. She's so very skilled and takes her time to make sure your nails are healthy, AND, look their best. She's honest about what shapes can be acheived with current nail length/shape. I like my nails on the shorter side but I've seen nails she's done on the long side and they look amazing! She's a pro! So happy she was recommeded to me.

Very relaxing atmosphere and a wonderful manicure. However, I will echo what others have said about the nails chipping almost immediately. Maybe it’s better with gel, but my polish was smushed on multiple fingers within an hour after I left the salon, and that was after drying for awhile and exercising caution.

Absolutely one of the best massages and overall experiences in a long time. My family of 3 all had deep tissue massage on a cold November Saturday. The gals behind the desk were welcoming and informative, the space is lovely, soothing and perfect. All three of us enjoyed our massages and will be back next time we are in NYC!!

Great local spa with very talented specialists. Great for facials and massages with Rena and Lara. Great for eyelash extensions with Menza and even eyebrow tint with Lora. Very satisfied and love that they offer specials and promotions which is always an incentive to get services there. They are not cheap but definitely talented.

Our Group experience at Haven Spa was fantastic! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The space was modern yet relaxing. And most importantly, the foot massage and pedicure were exactly what we needed after a long day on our feet. Highly Recommend!!

I just went in for a quick 30minutes remedy and didn’t ask for any special treatment. They charged me full hour for hydrafacial which is $235 plus $47 tip, so the $100 supposed to be facial became $300. I went back in and asked if there’s was mistake but the ladies at the cash were insisted that half hour facial was $235 even on the web site it’s the full hour is $235. In 2024 tho, this is still happening where everything is already online. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but not anymore for sure. The prices online doesn’t matter, they charge you whatever they want and don’t step back. Incredible.
