These were my first lash extensions. Kelly did an amazing job! She took her time figuring out what I would like based on me telling her the look I was going for. I have gotten multiple compliments about how good they look. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been getting my lashes done by Kelly for 3 years and she is not only talented, but very professional. Her shop is very clean and classy. The spa's playlist is also a very relaxing release from my hectic work days. I would definitely recommend her spa services.

I have been going to Haven Spa for the last couple of years and have had nothing but exceptional service. The staff is great and very honest and upfront with pricing. The process is so relaxing I've fallen asleep a few times! If you want great looking eyelash extensions this is the place to go.

I have never had SO many compliments on my lashes! I wanted extensions so that I didn't have to put on mascara everyday, but also wanted to keep them natural. Kelly found the perfect balance! I am very pleased and she is my go-to lash gal from now on!

I will only go here from now on. So quick! And they look great every time along with being reasonably priced. Don’t waste your time with others like I did, enduring 2.5 hours laying down with my eyes closed. It’s usually around 30 minutes.

Kelly Clark has poor management skills. She does not know how to run a business, or the proper steps to take when she makes a mistake. Kelly is not honest, and does not honor her word. I will NEVER do business with her ever again.

The service this store provided was absolutely horrible. I got a gift card for my wife for Christmas. She had to call multiple times and tried to get an appointment and got told they will call her back with an availability. It took 4 months and around 12 calls/texts from her until she finally got one. She had to take off from work but was so over it to just take any open spot. When the day arrived she arrived at haven spa and the store was locked/closed and no one answered the phone. After trying to reach the owner she answered the phone 30 minutes later. This was the time to just get the money back and move on to a different store who was able to give an appointment the next day. Thank you for wasting our time....

A 'full' set of lashes is only 40 per side which isn't enough. Most salons provide 60+. I followed every direction given and had so few within 6 days that I didn't have enough for a fill. Saw your reply...if you recall, you didn't have any in stock and I was supposed to come back days later to pick it up. Luckily I didn't pay for it in advance. The Groupon states "Full Set". I even reviewed the Groupon after my appointment because I didn't recall seeing anything about it being only 40 lashes and it didn't .

Haven Spa is amazing. The staff, especially Kelly is very informative, honest and so personable. Everyone is super friendly and very professional at the same time. The lashes they use are excellent quality, last long and look stunning. Whether your getting a full set or a fill in, the time they spend making sure you get what you want and your happy is outstanding. Thank you Haven Spa Boutique for always being so amazing and helping me achieve my best look....without mascara 😊.

I absolutely love my lashes! For over 2 years Kelly has done my lashes. It is one of the absolute best things I have ever done for myself. Kelly does an awesome job! The setting is relaxing and the experience is amazing. I just became a member and the benefits are awesome. I can't say enough about the great job she does!

Kelly did her thing with my custom blend!!! My skin tone is hard to match and I’m super picky but she kept at it until I looked in the mirror and said ‘Yep! Very professional and clean. I got eyelash extensions for the first time and it was very easy and comfortable. I got a bella set (60 lashes) and love them. It only took about 1 hour and I no longer have to wear mascara. They spent time with me on after care and and also gave me a brochure and with some addition research online it had been easy. Will be back for fill-ins.

Kelly Clark is Fabulous!! She is an expert at eyelash extension application - I never have issues and they stay on really well! I have eczema and was worried the adhesive would make me break out...it does not thankfully, because I absolutely LOVE my Lashes!!!

Love, LOVE, LOVE this Spa! I’ve been a customer for the last few months and I couldn’t be happier with their services! I get my eyelash done regularly by Bobby who has the gentlest touch and does an awesome job at customizing my eyelash extensions to look so natural! Deniza did my eyelashes today (after fitting me in) and she too does a superb job!! Reasonable prices for the services that they provided is a plus!! Try them y’all... you will not be disappointed!

My Lash extensions are AMAZING!! I have received the most compliments on my eyes and because the lashes look so natural no one realizes that I added the extensions. So unfortunate. Fantastic experience with Kelly the owner while doing lashes. Very pleasant and relaxing. However, my lashes from the Bombshell Lash set started falling off piece by piece hours later even though I followed the after care instruction. I had already paid the complete amount prior to the lash service however I was overcharged and additional money was held from my account. Owner is inconsistent with information regarding lashes. Very unfortunate and disappointing that this has happened. It was such a good experience until this occurred. A refund is definitely needed from this.
