I usually love coming here, it’s been Atleast 4 visits this year. I don’t even mind when yes they force you to pay ten dollar tip each time. And usually it’s worth it. But this time I got some lady that thought a deep tissue massage ment jabbing her elbows into my shoulder blades and rubbing her fore arms on my back. I asked her multiple times to massage with her hands and never had I experienced this at this place. As I was leaving I asked the lady that usually does my massage and told her I need her next time because this time wasn’t so great. She proceeded to tell me every massage person is great and still insisted I drop a ten dollar tip… not happy that I dropped 52$ (2dollar tax for credit card) to be more In pain after having this lady jab her elbows in my neck and shoulder.. mind you the rest of my massage had no “deep” factors Even though I was expecting it to get better I kept instructing her to change her pressure and technique but that was awful. Time to find a new place

I have been going to this spot for a good couple months and they never disappoint until the other day… spent an hour on my feet decided why not do another hour for my back.. same girl..who I had to tell not too hard, and guide her to where I needed my foot massages even more.. go to pay.. and give her the tip for her only to complain that she spent 2 hours and wanted a higher tip.. like okay.. you will not be touching my feet again.. so enjoy the $20 tip.. as k of me customer said tips are a courtesy and given with the best service.

I visited this place today and was hoping the reviews I saw on here would be false but, they weren’t. The massage wasn’t bad but it was more of a rub down than an actual massage. The area was clean and quiet but, what messed up my experience was the lady who seemed to be the manager when it was time for me to pay. My total was 40 dollars for 1 hour massage and the lady who did me didn’t even reach the hour. You have to remember tips are OPTIONAL and not mandatory. I tipped 4 dollars and the lady just stood there waiting for me to give her more and told me about 5 times that it had to be at least 10 dollars. Even wrote out the total she wanted on a receipt lol. Definitely won’t be going back due to this.

The massage was great but the last two visits my husband and I noticed that both women were not happy with their tip, they said “only $10 each!” My friend visited the next day and said the exact same thing happened as she also tipped 25%.

What a SCAM!! Even if their massage is nice, it gets negated by their greedy behavior of forcing tips on customers. Tips are a curtesy- it's not mandated. They're not satisfied with even 20%(which is above average) and they legit stand there and FORCE you to give them more!!! So disgusted by that. Don't get fooled by the LOW prices, they make it up by forcing tips on customers which is like 50% of the service. Not going back, they just lost 2 customers and whoever else I was going to recommend! Very unprofessional!

I’ve been here several times and the massages were fine, but most recently the woman offered me special services if you know what I mean, to which I declined. Sketchy stuff goes on here, gross. Never going back and they should be shut down.

Just had a 2hr massage done and tip 20% and was told by the lady who did my massage that is wasn't enough tip and wanted more money . Completely unprofessional !!

Great foot spa to relax, fantastic staff!! Extremely clean, which to myself is important! Highly recommend!! Excellent massages with great pricing, can't beat it. Soothing music and private set up for single or couples.

Place wa as nice, the booth smelled a little like dirty socks, but the most disappointing thing was the massage actually. If my body wasnt in pain before it definitely is after the massage. She didnt know any of the pressure points, it was more of a rub down and just pressing at the wrong spots. My girlfriend can vouch for this, usually when I get a massage I fall asleep and start to silently snore a little, but this time I was just glad it was over. Didnt care if the hour was up or not glad to get out of there.

The massage was fairly decent . The masseuse answered her phone mid through my appointment which was a bit rude . Afterwards I tipped my masseuse and someone who appeared to maybe be the manager told me to tip more . There’s no signs anywhere that states a mandatory tip price . They need to do better .

Was there about 2 weeks ago, the lady who worked there, was sitting in the chair next to me and decided to watch her IPAD with the volume on while I was getting my foot massage. I got past the fact that it was noisy from the building next door (music blasting). At the end of the massage when I paid and was walking out the door, the woman who did my massage complained about the tip I gave her, and basically told me I should have given her more. Never again!

Went here because the prices are spectacular. The massage experience was not as great. I got the full body massage. It seemed like they were understaffed, the lady giving me the massage kept having to leave to answer the phone and greet incoming guests. The repeated interruptions cut my massage time and then in the end she seemed to be rushing to get to the next guest so she quickly wrapped up with my massage before the 1 hour was even up. I think if they were so rushed and understaffed it would have been good because her massage felt pretty nice

Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere...fantastic massage, respectful and kind...next time I will get a full hour! Thank you!.........UPDATE: I went in for an appointment today was rudely met at the front door by a woman who pushed to me in to a little area to get my massage she had no interest in hearing what I had to say she was not able to direct me to the bathroom and I had to find it on my own and I will not be returning! Not to mention I overheard a man in one of the massage areas ask for a happy ending. Never again and they had their little children sitting around in there.

Frist time try this place. They are grand opening! the decoration very fashion and delightful. the atmosphere was great! for 1 hr foot massage only $25, unbeatable price at deer park area! I loved they put a warming pad on my shoulder, it give me extra energy flow though my back, that really great!! their sofa very comfortable, I am almost have a nap. the staff are very friendly and exellent work! highly recommend!!
