It's sad I have to write this review. I was a member, and at first, under the old owners, it was an amazing experience. One of the front desk people told me it had changed to their son or something like that. They had, in my opinion, some of the best massage therapists, but when ownership changed, everything changed! First, I noticed they started losing massage therapists often. I asked a couple of them and they stated "they no longer treated them well and it wasn't worth working here". Then, they changed the membership fees, which ended up costing members more money. I use to sing their praises to everyone I know and drove them a lot of new customers. Unfortunately, I started hearing from friends and family that their experience changed and was similar to mine. As a member, you earn credits each month. I travel a lot for work, and so I had several credits that I was never going to get to use, so I sent my wife to get a message and facial and told her to use up all my credits. She said the facial was the worst she had ever had; they missed several standard steps. She also was not impressed with the massage at all. She didn't want to go back, and I ended up walking away from my credits. Lastly, I purchased gift certificates from them, and before they expired, I tried to book appointments to use them. They told me they had nothing available but gave me the owner's email and said they would take care of me. They also said to call back if I had not heard from the owner in a few days. I called back because, of course, I didn't hear from the owner. They told me they talked to the owner and explained the situation, and the owner basically didn't care. They were not going to honor the gift certificates. They just don't care about their clients. They got their money. They used to have 3 locations and are now down to two. I believe this represents the direction they are headed. I no longer recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

Personally I come here monthly and look forward to my visits every single time. After my second visit I signed up for the wellness plan because I had to come back. I have also brought my boyfriend for valentines day the last two years and we have booked again for this year. I would 10/10 recommend to all of my friends. Wish I didnt have to wait another month. Robes are comfortable, showers to die for, vibes are immaculate.

The couple's massage was perfect, we both really enjoyed the experience! A couple areas of feedback. My first impression from the website is the packages are highly customizable. I was looking at a couple's massage + sauna and maybe other items, but then learned the sauna is only for members and the couple's massage part of any packages. We would have added on things if possible. I booked the couple's massage and then waited on buying a gift card to see if there would be a special online, since I noticed there were daily deals. On 12/20, I received an email stating 'last of the holiday sales', so I went ahead and bought a gift card. The very next day, there was a 40% site-wide sale and I was told it couldn't be honored. I think people should have more confidence in purchasing services.

Had an AMAZING 90 min. Lomi Lomi massage with Kyle. He was very professional, asking about any concerns and checking in on pressure. The location was easy to find and the staff was friendly. Would recommend!

Me and my husband both went in today had wonderful massages. I don't remember either one of the therapist names but they were fantastic. We will definitely be back in the Goodyear office

I am visiting some friends that reside in Arizona and I made an appointment with Ariel. This was the best massage that I have ever experienced. She was so knowledgeable and skilled. She really tailors the treatment to your needs. I cannot say enough about the entire experience. The shower and amenities were amazing and the guest service person was lovely as well. I am certain that all therapists are very skilled but Ariel was number one in mind. I will be returning to Ariel for all of return visits to Arizona. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I've been coming to this spa for almost 8 years now, and although I've had some wonderful therapists over the years, Ariel continues to provide the best, most therapeutic massages (both physically and spiritually) of all of them. Her attention to detail and always recognizing which areas need the most work is amazing, and I feel very fortunate to have her as my therapist.

Just wanted to share my experience with Ariel at Hawaiian Spa. It takes me to the Islands and my massage was fabulous. I came in with lower back aches and pains and she gave me relief. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the human body and its needs and works those areas which are in need and “voila” much needed relief. Thank you Ariel from the bottom of my heart.

I visited my friend from San Diego and she raved about this place, so we went for a massage and to enjoy their lovely shower after. Reymundo at the front desk greeted as so warmly and did a wonderful tour for my first time, making sure I knew what to expect and where to find everything I needed. My massage therapist, Mikaila, listened to all my needs and used the perfect amount of pressure. The massage was glorious and so were the showers! Highly recommend planning enough time to take advantage of the showers and the robe and relax!

Just got a couples massage with Mikayla and Ariel. Fantastic, both of them! My fiance and I have had many, many massages in our lives and we were both impressed. He completely fell asleep (which is very rare for him) and I remained in a constant state of zen. Ariel has a wonderful, considerate touch with depth control and feels very intuitive with her massage. Mikayala did my fiancé's and gave a perfectly deep massage. As an aesthetician of 11 years, I also love that they offer Eminence. Also, if you're hesitant on the shower afterwards, I highly encourage you try it! That multi-directional rainshower system is incredible.

This was a surprise from my husband and I have to say, it’s the very best secret he’s planned (or anyone has for me, for that matter) that actually exceeded my expectations. I’m a harsh massage critic after years of chronic pain and I work my body and neglect it hardcore as a nurse, that having really added up through working 7 days most weeks for over three years through Covid (which yes, kept my Respiratory Stepdown unit full for all of April 2020-June of 2023). Then, due to nursing shortage, I still worked 5/12s/week until January. Long explanation to say that, although I live massage, I usually still leave with my body needing lots more work. This is as the most effective and relaxing massage of my life. I usually do t care about relaxing, but the fact that this was both blows my mind. I will definitely be back even though I live in MO. It was pricey enough that my husband didn’t even want to tell me the cost, but, when we finished and he asked what I thought it was worth, I wasn’t far off. This is definitely an indulgence for people of our income, but, it will be a memory for my whole life, and the massage that no others live up to.

I’ve sat on this for a while and it’s still bitter in my mouth so I’m leaving a review. My therapist was great so this has nothing to do with her. I got a hot stone massage that cost a lot of money, then when asked how much I’d like to tip I said 20 bucks- that’s standard (I’m in this profession- and also 30 bucks for me cause I’m Canadian) and the receptionist said it’s standard to tip at LEAST 37.50 here. TELLING ME WHAT TO TIP IS SO CRAZY! That’s 50 bucks Canadian. Really icky. Would never return simply due to that. Fix your business practice

Cannot say enough good things about this place or our masseuse, Ariel. We did a couples “training” massage to learn some techniques on how to massage each other at home. Not to replace a massage, but just a few techniques to relax each other in between having actual massages and rub each other at home. We arrived and staff was super friendly. Had a separate room for us to change, provided a robe, sandals, and a chocolate treat. Ariel provided our massage and showed us her skills, all while allowing my wife and I to also massage each other to learn. It was an over all very sensual and fun experience. When done, they have a shower to wash off any oils off our bodies. Highly recommend the shower! Clean and well maintained. To top it off, they concluded our experience with a Hawaiian fruit sorbet that was delicious! They also provided a blow dryer and comb if needed. The wife and I left this place completely relaxed and enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend this for other couples! Great date night experience.

Thank you Holly so very much!!!!. Really enjoyed your energy and I loved my Lomi Lomi so very much. I was super relaxed, it was such an enjoyable hour. I love your touch and you made my birthday special, made me feel special. The shower after amazing, that is my dream shower and the hot water, after the Lomi Lomi was AMAZING. The organic shampoo and cream rince and body wash. I loved so much and they smelled so good. The face cleanser was amazing too. I loved every minute there. The energy overall was so wonderful. I hope to be back again, and I would like Holly to be my therapist.

The Scents of Hawaii spa treatment (scrub, clay mask, lomi lomi massage) was great! It’s expensive, but a lovely way to spoil yourself for the day! The spa is clean and well kept and everyone was very nice and welcoming.

The most relaxing massage I have had in a long time. Holly is amazing a true healer. Ive had many different types of massage but her lomi was a truly an experience that brought me to a place of peace. I recommend the shower after for sure. I will definitely try my best to come back!
