12/16/24 My regular tech. Hannah, move out of State a while back but she referred me to Hailey and she has not disappointed. She is very consistent and does a great job everytime. 1/19/24 Another great experience with Hannah and Hawaiian Nails in Kingsville. Aways a pleasure and quality work. Perfect everytime. Thank you Hannah & Hawaiian Nails. 9/30/23 Always satisfied and happy with the service. Hannah, as usual, did great work. Personable, friendly and willing to answer any questions too. Thank you! Update: Hannah does an amazing job. Flawless everytime. Not too thick, not too thin with the acrylic, very natural looking. Thank you Hannah and Hawaiian Nails. My New Favorite. Forgot to get the girls name that did acrylic over my natural nails, after removing the previous powder dip. I will be going back to her regularly. Love them.

I’m extremely disappointed. My mother, sister and myself all have came to Hawaiian Nails for YEARS. yesterday my sister and mother both got multicolored and designed nails, i got a french tip, we all asked for gel, my sister & mother both paid under $80, i was charged $105. They told me it was because i got Gel nails.. it’s only a $10 fee, my sister and mother got fancier nails than i did yet i paid over $100. it’s NEVER even $80!! this was absolutely ridiculous. my nails look terrible, two different men did my nails and one of them cut me multiple times; when i left i had four bleeding sores around my nail beds, they did not file or buff or shave down my nails, i got terrible service. 🤦🏼‍♀️

This is a good place to get your nails done, if you don't go when they are super busy. The last time we went, it was packed, and the quality of the nails was not as great.

Everyone is nice. They do their best to do exactly what you want with your nails. I go in there so much they know they pretty much know what i want. This is my favorite place of all time to get my pedicure and my manicure.

Extremely dirty. I asked the man doing my pedicure to clean up around my spot a few times and he didn’t. There was also toe nails all over the ground prior to having mine done. There was only 5 other people with me In the shop during that time. The employees and owner should be ashamed of the state of this establishment.

I have been going to the Pineville location for over a year now. I’ve always had the best treatment and service. My husband and I go once a month for both pedi’s and I go in between for nails refill. I’m very heartbroken that the one I came very close with, the one who always seen me walk in and instantly called my name and took amazing care of me. Between Hannah and Justin, and when they told me they were moving July 20, I was so heartbroken and upset. We have been to see them several times since the news. Hannah, if you read this, I wish you and the guys best wishes and good luck. I am going to miss you and your wonderful service. I know Hailey will take great care of me no doubt. But walking in and showing you my ideas and you telling me “no that’s not a good look” me saying do you boo!! HANNAH NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME!! Love you guys and all the other staff, Hailey, get ready, I will see you Thursday.

I kept telling the person that were cutting my nails that I had dip on my nails not acrylic so it was my nails. She still tried to pop them off and when I said owww. She tried to pop them off again. When I said owww again. She replied oh that hurts as if she was annoyed. She then started used the drill on the highest setting trying to rush the process and it was burning my nail bed. Even walmart does a better job then this. She cut my nails all crazy as if they were arcylics and arcylics were going on, even though I said multiple times I was not putting them on. When the guy came to paint and cut my nails, they were all uneven from the first person. When he was cutting them even, he had to cut them short because of the first person. I think I'll keep going to Sky Nails. Never had a bad experience with them.

I do not advise new customers to visit this establishment. It is recommended to seek services elsewhere. I am greatly disappointed by the lack of communication and knowledge exhibited by the staff. I simply wanted to change the color of my nails and receive a basic overlay on my big toe, but they were unaware of what an overlay entailed.

Service is fast and friendly! Today I had an exceptional experience at this nail salon. Staff was attentive, went the extra mile for me. I had a refill and the green tea and honey pedicure. Awesome!! Both techs took their time and did a phenomenal job. Everyone was very pleasant and eager to please. My favorite salon in this area.

I dont get my nails done very often at all so im new an inexperienced when it comes to nail salons. But they were top notch. The nail techs payed very close attention to what i wanted and very detail oriented. The results were exactly what i wanted and im so happy with my nails.

I really enjoy going to Hawaiian Nails on Monroe Hwy. The employees are so nice and friendly. Always with a smile and they do a WONDERFUL JOB on my nails

The guy was soo aggressive with my girlfriend he made him self bleed and had blood all over her fingers and he had to stop and get a women to finish never in my life have a seen a person that aggressive will doing someone’s nails and they over charged us almost 100 dollars for some damn refills this is absolutely absurd

Very pleased with my service today. They took the time to trim my cuticles. Trim my nails shorter and made sure I was well satisfied with my service. Will definitely be going back. The lady that did my nails today was awesome. Thanks for your great service.

i used to always get my nails done here. today i went around 6 and they weren’t that busy. the man that sat me and started my nails was very impatient and was in such a rush that he cut me with the file. anyone who gets their nails done knows how badly a file cut hurts.. after i asked for him to be more gentle he apologized with a smile but continued to be rough anyways. he was in such a hurry to be done that when he was going back over my nails with the file he cut the side of his thumb, it started to bleed so he asked another lady to finish my nails. i paid $50 for these nails.. i’ve gotten the same shape but with a darker color and only paid $35. it’s like they make up the prices as they go.

Very lovely little salon!💅🏻 I got manicure and the congestion pedicure. It had a great eucalyptus scent and hot rocks at the end! Also the massage chair was choice! 👏🏻

This review is after several visits. The staff is really friendly, I’ve received random gifts multiple times, and they’ve serviced me at the last minute understanding that it was something I really needed. The facility is clean and I have never waited long to be taken care of.
