I love this place! My hairstylist was Taka! And he did a great job. I am so thankful they had an evening appointment. We discussed how to style my hair. We ended up cutting it short, layering it and giving some texture. I am so happy that he was a sweetheart! And understood my needs. I wanted to have something that I could wear curl or straight. Thank you so much!

180$ cancellation policy they don’t give u a chance to make anything up even if it was lateness it’s a cancellation. Charged my card full price without a haircut… was at the location but refused to cut my hair even when I told them I was late and I didn’t cancel the appointment instead they left me down stairs and refused to pick up my call and waiting until the time was up to charge my card. shouldn’t cancellation policy be if the customers cancel instead of the store refusing to serve and call it a cancellation. They did not care at all. If you want ppl to just charge ur card ur welcome to come to this location ( I was scheduled with Takashil)

The good thing about it, is that it's worth the money for the hair care and personal appearance. Yet it's just over expensive for no damn reason except it's location.

This is my first time coming to this salon. Now named Madison 25. I was satisfied with cut on 3/8. But a week noticed it’s not even. Went back and ask for fix. The solution was I can get layers, or just making sure I comb the hair the same way. Not satisfied with this solution. Had to go somewhere else to fix it .

Hair cut was ok, but my head was itchy the whole time because my hair was not properly cleaned. The lady applied shampoo and rubbed my scalp for less than 2 minutes, apparently didn’t take the time to clean every where. I thought she is going to shampoo it again because washing it twice is the standard procedure and was what I always get in salon. But no. She hustle to put conditioner on my hair. Conditioner was not apply thoroughly and I was so disappointed and uncomfortable I want to wash it myself. Now I just want to go home and wash my hair ….. I know from the comment that they got great hair wash and massage but my experience was disappointing.

I had Keiji cut and style my hair. He is SO friendly and fun to be around. He cut my hair exactly how I envisioned it and did it so effortlessly. Their new location in midtown is also so beautiful and I can’t wait to return. Would highly recommend.

I went to Hazuki for the first time not knowing what to expect or the exact kind of haircut I want, but Keiji helped figuring out what kind of haircut would fit me the most, and he chose one that is easy to maintain for me. After a few days I have to say it is indeed very easy to take care of, and because he had made my hair thinner, I feel a lot better in the summer with my new hair cut. I would definitely come back for my future haircuts! Thanks so much Keiji

Keiji was an okay stylist. He did a great job of hair care treatment. Hair wash was not so good. I didnt think he washed it thoroughly enough. I came home and washed my hair again. Funny he expected tip afterwards. I would have tipped only for hair treatment i got.

Hands down the best salon experience I've ever had. I went in for a haircut and Keiji delivered an exact copy of the haircut I requested. I also really loved how friendly he and the staff at Hazuki Hair Salon are. Will definitely be coming back soon! :)

I love my hairstylist Sarah, she is cool and lovely girl, very friendly and chatty. Not even mention she cut my hair super good. Each time I brought the image of the style I want, she makes it happen! Only thing is their phone for booking isn't easy to connect. You gotta try sever times until it gets picked up.

I've been getting my hair cut at this salon for years. They recently relocated. It is a very pleasant experience; the stylists and their assistants are courteous and professional. Tina cuts my fine, thin hair with great care and precision. It is a fun social event to see her!
