Pavi is great! Not only did she got me on to her schedule after being hospitalized for 24 days after having a stroke. She made the experience the best self care experience I did once I got home from the hospital. Thank you for the love and the compassion Pavi ❤ The salon itself was warm and cozy and professional. They also provided snacks and beverages 😋 Parking is a hit or miss but hey that is downtown for you. You either love it or hate it.

I been knowing Tifany scoot since 2006 and she is plus a hair stylist to me a good friend I am free to talk because of her beautiful and touching heart. She does a good work and treat your hair with love

Literally woke up Saturday morning with crazy lady hair. I'm typically a wash and go type of girl, but I wanted a fresh look for my date that night. I've passed by HBF a million times in OTR, and finally decided to check out their website. I easily scheduled a same day appointment (about an hour before!) and got in there super quick with no fuss. Pavi was amazing, looking at that mess on my head and making me feel confident that I was in good hands. I got a shampoo, deep condition, silk press, and trim. She made sure I was good with how much she was going to take off, and was overall sweet throughout my time there. She slayed my hair and brows, had me feeling oh-so confident. The salon as a whole is super cute, with good vibes throughout. Music playing all the goodies, and just a welcoming environment period! HBF is definitely my go to salon from here on out, so happy I stumbled in. Thanks again Pavi!!!

The ambiance is Wonderful the Stylist are all kind. My personal Stylist is Pavi Elle. She's amazing and BEAUTIFULLY accomplished with her hands. She's so kind and welcoming. Call them I guarantee you will love your hair and your experience.

The atmosphere of this salon is clean, relaxing, intimate, and decorated very nicely. The customer service is very professional. Tiffanie is very professional and skilled in hair coloring, cutting, and styling. I always leave this salon feeling relaxed and beautiful. All stylist are very knowledgable about hair care. I highly recommended this salon!

This salon is a hidden gem in downtown Cincinnati. Always clean, staff is very skillful, professional and listens to the wants and needs of the client. Pavi is the stylist I go to there and she is great about promoting healthy hair and uses techniques and products especially for that. The salon also uses Aveda products which I personally love and has reclining armchairs at their sink bowl, so it's great for those who have any kind of neck or back pain AND your shirt never gets wet. I highly recommend this salon.

Very disappointed that another black salon owner would be the gate keeper and prevent another black business from thriving. I was interested in opening a salon on Main Street but the property owner informed me that they would have to consult with HBF to make sure it wouldn’t be creating competition. HBF did not want another black owned salon on Main Street and I was denied. I just wanted to let it be know that there is enough money, and enough clients, for everyone to flourish. Having a crab mentality will not get you far, especially in a time where we need more black owned businesses.

Atmosphere is wonderful. Love the decor. All the stylist are very kind. Love my stylist Tiffanie Scott. She's very good, kind and on time. I recommend you check them out
