I was seeking for 1 perfect twist on the side of my head. I myself have tried and failed (many-many times, over many months)-it's not as easy as those youtube videos claim. -The proprietor paused what she was doing with her customer, and in less than about 60 seconds, I had a professional grade braid. Thank You. I appreciate what you did for me.

I had a groupon & I thought I had found a salon very close to where I live. I was wrong & the search continues for a good stylist. First Richard cut my hair to short, I had an all over color & the top of my head came out way to light AND brassy, I asked to have the sides/bangs cut & he barely touched them. His solution was to use hair spray. So my hair stuck together with the hair spray but STILL stuck out on the side of my head. A look I wasn't going for & that's why I wanted them cut. Burned my scalp with the chemicals & had scabs on my scalp for about a week. Good thing you couldn't see them. No style or anything, just cut straight across & that was it. I even gave him a tip. Not a good experience & I WON'T be back.

Richard is one of the greatest hair stylists I have ever encountered...he has been my ONLY hair stylist for over 10 years now and still manages to impress me with his work and customer treatment
