I do not understand why anyone would rate this salon 5 stars or even 4 stars? The woman I had my pedicure with three separate occasions, at first seemed nice, maybe because I am big tipper!! but after my third encounter with her she was beyond rude, unprofessional, and in true Miami fashion just crass! The salon if you want to call it that, is soo tiny and all these women are crammed up in it. There is hardly ever parking, and the space overall has really bad energy! On my third appointment I was running just 5 minutes behind, I called and advised that I would be running late, of course the nail tech said, when I arrived this gross woman said no she couldn't perform the service because I was 5 minutes late, and she didn't feel like it? What? Okay, anyway! save yourself from this horribly run, and waste of business and try the other 99 salons in the Bird Road area.

First time at this place and I’m glad I gave them a try. I came in as a walk in, after another appointment at the same shopping center. All nail techs were busy but it wasn’t long before they sat me down. Place is clean and everyone was extremely nice. My tech Sisely did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. I was scared to ask for any design due to bad experiences in which tech doesn’t know what she’s doing and messes up the whole job. This was not the case, Sisely did a great job with my nail design and I was very satisfied. I don’t live in Miami but will definitely make it a point to stop by again when in the area. Price is also not bad…gel manicure and pedicure with design under $50. Only cons to this place is parking, but it can be done with a bit of patience.

I drive 45 minutes from downtown to come to this salon. It is spotless and all the employees treat you like family. Noemí does a spectacular job with my hair and has done so for the past 12 years. I follow her to all the salons she worked in until she bought her own. Janaisy is in charge of my nails. Like Naomi, I have followed her from the Color salon all the way to this one for 12 years. She provides me with incredible pedicures and gel manicures that last 3-4 weeks. She is detailed oriented and takes great pride in her work. Her sterilization machine is always in right behind her as she uses and sterilizes the plethora of cuticle cutters and tools. I highly recommend this salon, it is worth the drive to me.

Absolutely adore this place! Noemi has a great intuition to know exactly what I want with my hair. She cut, style and dyes my hair keeping in mind my overall needs, never trying to exaggerate any service. She is super kind, professional and the ambience in the salon is awesome! My manicure with Jessica was the best I’ve ever had! It was perfect from the amount of acrylic, to no extra acrylic around the cuticular area even after 2 weeks it looked just like my own nail growing. No bulk under the nail, no sharp ridges, perfectly coated with the polish and the stones lasted until I got them filled again. I’m pretty rough with my hands and the nails kept up with me beautifully. I’ve never see this level of perfection in a manicure before. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect!

I had my hair cut when I was first married and it was the best cut I've had. That person is GONE. So I grew my hair for 2 years because I didn't wanna trust anyone to cut my hair. Jose cut my long hair to short hair for the first time in 2 years! He did an amazing job: he's fast, accurate, humble, skilled, and nice!
