Chris the owner was wonderful. Fast, efficient and listened to exactly what I wanted. After years of searching for a good stylist I have found my home at Head Rush. From start to finish it took only 2 hours, shampoo after color was amazing and Biolage products to take home are reasonable. Chris's prices are fair and her shop is clean! I can't wait for my next apt.

I am giving this salon 1 star. Not because I am a client but because I have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone to schedule a consultation and no one answers the phone or returns messages. I recently moved to this area and have never had a problem like this up north. Fortunately, I contacted a different salon down the street who not only answered their phone but were also able to see me the same day for a consultation. I now have my services booked with a different salon thanks to the lack of customer service with Headrush. Maybe they don’t want/need new clients but if they do, I suggest hiring a receptionist who can answer calls and return messages for prospective clients.
