Layne is amazing! First and foremost, her customer service is always above and beyond. She is the kindest. Not to worry if you’re not sure what kind of facial you need! Layne is such an expert with what she does. Her services are always outstanding quality. I have been seeing her for a while now, and will continue too! Certainly recommend her!

Layne is amazing. She takes her time and is very detail oriented. Her business is about quality and not quantity. I never felt rushed every time I had a facial. I had a microdermabrasion with a microneedling for $125. A whole hour service of cleansing, mask,numbing, and extractions. While my face numbed, she would massage my neck and arms. A complete spa experience.

I had microdermabrasion and a facial today and had a wonderful experience. The owner is very nice and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend!

Don’t book an appointment!!!!!! This is the first review I have done in my life! But I just want people to avoid experiencing what I did. This is the most unprofessional service I received In my life.... I booked an appointment during the last week of April for May 26 she told me that was the earliest she had... I know long weekend.... so I talked to my husband and he said he does not work that weekend and can be with the baby... so I got to the appointment and wrote to her that i was there already and I though she must be behind schedule so I waited and waited 45 minutes until I texted that I called my husband to pick me up because I think she just forgot... after 5 hours she told me that her mom was there and that she booked me for July 26!!! well I said I have my next appointment June 15, I know I should just cancelled it due to the bad experience I had but I though it was an honest mistake... so I decided to text her before the appointment and she responded me 20 min before the appointment and told me what was my name and after I told her she said yes that we had an appointment at 3pm... so I told my husband to leave me there and as soon I was in front of the door to enter she called me and told me that we didn’t have an appointment that she has someone else there and if I wanted to book one for tomorrow since she has a cancellation!! Are you kidding!! How can she play with people time like that!! I sent her the screen shot that shows that she told me June 15th at 3pm.. and obviously she didn’t write anything back and no apologies.... save yourself time and trouble and don’t book an appointment with her!!!!!

Layne is amazing ! Will never trust anyone with my face but her. Being a women of color , she saved my skin & you will leave glowing and it’ll stay that way the rest of the week :)

Layne is amazing! She truly cares about her clients and makes sure they're comfortable from the start. She listens to your concerns and recommends the treatment that's best for your skin type. After two sessions my skin improved 100%. She's an angel! Highly recommend her.

My first facial and it was AMAZING! I booked my next facial before I left and I can’t wait to be back 😊 my skin was noticeably soft, clean looking and felt wonderful. I was so relaxed I fell asleep halfway thru my session 🥰

Went for a facial peel & micro & this by far is the best place verses the many other spas & dermatologists I've been to. Layne is very Professional & makes sure u have a great spa like experience & Takes Her Time. She doesn't answer her phone when she's in session which is good bc I hate disruption during my me time. Yes, you have to book about a mnth in advance or if u get lucky sooner but well worth it. She definitely knows her stuff & took the Extra Time to work on my face (I have acne scars, age spots & fine lines & enlarged pores). I Truly felt pampered!! The place was overall Calming & Zen like. The lighting & Aromatic smell was lovely. I felt so pampered & my face already looked better & felt amazing. Cant wait to see improved results with more treatments. Booked for next month & cant wait. What a complete waste of time. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago and showed up early to the appointment today. Was told that she had crossed my name off and that I would need to leave because she couldn't "throw people around" to accommodate me. Completely unprofessional and now I have to go through the hassle of getting a refund. Never have I had someone turn me away after I had scheduled an appointment so far in advance, would give 0 stars if I could.

Ms. Clark was amazing! Easy to talk to and very efficient and focused on my concerns. She help clear up my problematic skin issues and helped smooth my skin back out. Highly recommend and I will be back for more!
