During my visit to Charlotte, I stumbled across this incredible head spa, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of relaxation. The atmosphere was serene, and the service was top-notch. Karen went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable, leaving my scalp and hair feeling rejuvenated. I’ve never felt so pampered! I received this experience as a birthday gift, and it exceeded all expectations! Karen was incredibly attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. This was, without a doubt, the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The care and attention Karen provided were truly exceptional—she went above and beyond to create a soothing environment. I had the best head spa experience with Karen. When I first walked in, the ambiance of the room was so warm and welcoming, the table was exceedingly comfortable, and the entire experience was beyond relaxing. Karen is so knowledgeable about her craft and had so many great recommendations for improving my scalp health. I am also a curly girl, so I was a little nervous about letting someone else touch my hair, but Karen was so gentle and knew exactly what products would be best for me. The tools and massage techniques she used relieved the tension I was carrying in my head neck and shoulders and I left feeling much lighter than I was when I walked in. I would highly suggest checking out Head Spa Chalet and making it a part of your monthly self care routine!

Karen was absolutely amazing and so what I needed in the resolve of a chaotic trip to Charlotte! The spa was beautiful and calming and her sanitation and professionalism was off the charts. She was accommodating to my schedule and perfect in every single aspect. If I’m ever in Charlotte again I’ll definitely be back.
