I came to Drew with a hair emergency and he delivered nothing short of a magical transformation. Like a dummy I died my virgin honey blonde hair red for Halloween using arctic fox's wrath red. Surprising to me but not to anyone who can read- this did not wash out and was really starting to bug me 3 months in. After trying a box of color remover and the color not even budging I found Drew and he happened to have a time slot available. Drew barely even laughed at the predicament I had put myself in as he powered through a full platinum card which did beautifully pull the red out of my hair. He moved through the process like the wind and gave me the most gorgeous color as well as a trim in just four (4!!!) hours. Weeks later I am still so happy with the color as well as the cut and I'm just so thankful Drew was able to fit me in and leave my hair better than I could have ever hoped for.

I booked and had an appointment with Drew to do my hair early in 2024. My first appt was rescheduled because he was sick. I finally was able to get my hair done and he did amazing. So good that I booked an appointment to get my daughter’s hair done April 13, 2024. I prepaid the entire visit to the tune of $380. He did an amazing job on her hair and she loved it. However I was was charge extra and I left a tip to the tune of $166. I was surprised as he promotes everything included in the price but I paid without any issues. Fast forward a couple days and I look at my bank account and see a charge for $380 on April 13, 2024 and another charge for $380 on April 15, 2024. I texted him. He acknowledged the charges and said he would refund me. I then also went ahead and booked an appointment to get my roots done before I left for Dallas for a couple months and told him he could just take it out of the balance of the refund he owed me. I went in for my appointment, took the day off work and he was a no show. No text no call no nothing. I left for Dallas that Monday. While in Dallas, his assistant texted wanting to reschedule the appointment but I told her I was in Dallas and not coming back anytime soon. And told her that I wanted my refund of $760. Mind you she never responded and I never heard from Drew to apologize for not showing up. I get life happens. Things don’t go as planned. I know that better than anyone. Though he may be good at hair. He is a terrible businessman. I’ve texted him several times regarding my refund. He has never responded. I filed a claim with my bank for the refund. Not that he cares, but he lost me as a customer and I’ve read other reviews he’s done this to other people. Charging full amount before services. Not showing up for his appointments and not refunding his clients their money back. Shame on you Drew. Do better. I should take you to small claims court and will if it’s not resolved with my bank and I don’t get my money back. Stay clear unless you’re okay with someone stealing money from you. 12/21/2024- Hello Drew. Just wanted to let you know I texted that number. Hope to hear from you soon. 01:18/2025-Hello. I’ve texted a few times to the number you left in your reply and heard back from you but it was the holidays and you were out of town and said we would connect when you were back. Now the communication has stopped. I more than anyone can understand that life happens. My mom had a stroke, I moved to Dallas to help take care of her and now I’m having to bury her. But it’s still important to do the right thing. And honestly this is the last thing I want to deal with right now. But I’m wrapping up my life in Virginia and want to close this chapter. I sent another text message this morning with my Zelle information so you can Zelle my refund. I trust you will respond and do the right thing and refund my $760 immediately. Thank you.

Drew was very professional and timely. The pleasant personalized workspace made for a connected one on one experience. The cut was exactly what I asked for and his attention to detail during styling was exceptional. I could tell he was very meticulous with the placement of every strand of hair. I booked a routine color maintenance appointment after a very stressful two weeks. A mommy self care day was needed. My friend and I came together and while I was processing, she got her hair cut. It was a great experience, with a very positive vibe, great tunes and good company. If you are looking to be transformed from tired mom to total Goddess, I highly recommend Drew.
