I've been going here for about 4 years. They used to be cheaper, but now they are outrageously expensive. I wanted strawberry blonde hair, they just gave me blonde and then charged me an extra $100. I looked at their prices on their website before going in and was very upset that their prices don't match. I feel like I got scammed.

Love this boutique salon, conveniently located at University Village, lots of parking. Their seasoned Stylists are amazing, especially Jared! They also stock a wide variety of products.

My stylist of many years, Carla Gardinier, just moved to Headlines Salon (3 hours away from my location 😯🙂) and I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. If you are looking for a stylist who really listens, is a perfectionist in her cuts and treatments, and is great to work with, you will be very happy with her. I will have a really hard time finding someone who I trust as much with my hair, since I am very picky. Great location for a salon, too!

I LOVE MARY! She did such a wonderful color and cut on my damaged, dry, thin hair that I couldn't beleive it! She works wonders, and has a great personality as well. I always have such a great experience when I spend time with her. The owner was so awesome also. She was friendly, professional and made me feel so welcome. I love coming here and look forward to a great hair experience overall always. Highly recommend Mary and the salon!!

Great hair dressers, poor management! I’ve gone here for years and enjoyed cuts and colors from the various staff. The young hairdresser was new but talented. She colored my hair beautifully but told me she wasn’t trained yet on how to cut hair. She told me I would have to come back to see someone else for a cut. While I appreciate her honesty. The management/scheduling agent wasted my time, setting me up with someone who couldn’t complete the appointment. No matter, she’s learning. But then she charged me an additional $80 for a gloss on top of my $190 partial foil =$270.00! I did not receive the gloss. I returned to ask management for a $80 refund for the service I didn’t receive. They tried to tell me the toner was the same thing as a gloss. I’ve had my hair done for 40 years. I know a gloss and toner are different products used for different purposes. All of my foils include toner… even the grocery store foil kits include toners. I asked for my $80 back or to give me a gloss and they asked me to never come back!

Started having Jared cut my hair during COVID when it seemed like everyone else was quitting. He is the best! I moved to California last September but visit Seattle a few times a year and always try to get an appointment when I’m in town. He was able to squeeze me in last minute and I’m so appreciative.

Very pleased with the service received by Stephanie today. Needed a basic hair cut and left feeling pampered with a first rate hair cut and style. Easy to work with, friendly, personable, and did a stunning job. Will be heading back regularly.

Can’t speak to their services because they cancelled on me. A prior appointment ran long and so I was bumped. Don’t recommend if you don’t have a flexible schedule. Weren’t able to get me in the next day and offered weekday appointments. Poorly managed and if you’re a first time client you may experience the same treatment.

For all the curly people out there, book with Alexa!! She gave an amazing dry cut that I love!! My hair is curly, thick and really difficult to cut and she was not phased at all. She was super responsive to feedback/requests and just genuinely a lovely person to work with!

I loved my experience at this salon, my hair stylist Mari was very attentive to my needs and concerns as I have very long, thick hair. As someone who likes to not look like I had my hair cut, she was very attentive to my requests and diligent in her work. I loved her work so much that I rebooked her for a balayage for the summer. She spent the entire time on her feet, working to get me to my summer goals. She was able to lift my hair and give me an overall, blended and cohesive look—I’ve recieved so many compliments and love it so much. I highly recommend coming to her as her work is of high quality and she herself is attentive and dedicated to her craft.

Terrible experience. It was $49 for just 15 minutes of haircut and my hair is uneven and patchy. I dont recommend this place.

Their staff is great. The girl who cuts my hair has done it for a while now and I always love her work! My daughter gets her hair cut there too. It seems like it may be on the higher price due to it being at the Uville but it’s actually more reasonable than other places.
