I’ve been getting my hair done at Headquarters Beauty Room with Emelia for over a year and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say!! Her attention to detail is incredible, and her communication is top tier; she always takes time to talk about the service being done, making sure we’re both on the same page. It’s clear she has a passion for what she does based on the beautiful results !

I almost don't want to disclose how amazing Maiteh is with color, cut and blow out. I'd love to keep her my own secret, to be honest. However, she truly deserves credit for listening, understanding, making suggestions, and nailing my color/cut/blow out. I can't wait to go back at the end of the month for our next consult and watch her work her magic. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

Update: another stylist at a DIFFERENT salon fixed my hair. I tried disputing this service because it was awful and they apparently told my bank representative that since I tipped I was satisfied with the service and the only thing that could come to light is a CIVIL SUIT. I don’t have the time or energy to sue for one service but wow. I’m in shock. Do not come here to get your hair darker if you’ve previously had highlights. I’m not quite sure what happened but I asked for my natural color: an ashy, dark brown. I walked out of there with red-toned black hair. My stylist offered to correct it 2 days after I messaged her about being unhappy. I went back because I had already spent so much money on my hair to hate it. She did end up making the black tone lighter, but my hair is stuck with red undertones. My hair is a natural Italian dark brown, I have never had red undertones. When expressing that I was still unhappy and inquiring about a partial refund, I was ignored. If she had been more transparent that she doesn’t usually do all over colors- this wouldn’t have happened. I don’t wish any harm towards her career but I just want people to be wary of this before making the same mistake I did. I’d also like to add that I go to professional salons on a 3 month basis and have never disliked my hair, I’m not picky. I will not be coming back.

Emna is the most amazing stylist and colorist! I love how she blow dries my hair she is literally the best ever 🤩🤩 Her knowledge of color and products has transformed my hair and finally given me the hair of my dreams!! I am that lady that only cuts her hair 1-2 x a year and I am so happy to have found someone that I am comfortable with. Emna was so easy going and did not try to upsell anything (like some I have been to in the past). I love that she didnt question what I wanted to do which was literally just a simple haircut. But she made me feel like a million bucks. I appreciate her advise on how to manage my hair with 2 kids - basically a cut that I didnt need to even blow dry - which was ideal! The salon itself is extremely clean and beautiful. I cant wait to become a regular!

I cannot say enough nice things about the beautiful and talented Josephine and Headquarters Beauty Room. I am in Tampa for a seminar and had an unfortunate hair extension emergency. She had me come right over, sacrificing her break to fix me up. She even generously offered me a glass of wine as I waited for my Uber. I'm very lucky to have found such a cute, clean and bright space with such fun and wonderful.people. ❤

Josephine is by far the best stylist I have ever been to (and I’m picky). She makes my highlights look so natural and GORGEOUS! She also has been doing my extensions for the last year now, and people still believe it’s my real hair 💁🏼 My mom even flies to Florida to get her hair cut/highlighted by her as well, that speaks volumes alone. Long hair, short hair, highlights, unicorn hair, you name it... she’s your girl. I don’t think there isn’t anything she hasn’t mastered.
