I’ve been going to Headquarters to see Willi since 2018. I absolutely love getting my hair cut and beard trim at headquarters. I have never once left and not felt confident and excited about how my hair looks! Willi ensures to always make sure he discusses options and asks what we’re going for each time. He is skilled and always willing to tweak things if something isn’t feeling great! The salon is always clean and comfortable, even in the heat of the summer, it’s nice and cool inside! After moving to San Antonio and leaving behind my beloved barber, I did what most sensible people do… let my hair grow out a year. I knew I needed a cut but I was beyond embarrassed at the state it had gotten to. My wife recommended Juliette so I booked and went to the trailer with my metaphorical tail between my legs. Juliette did such a wonderful job of making me feel at home and even walked me through the various styles my mess of a hair could pull off! I’ve never loved a haircut as much as this one. Truly. (Don’t tell Matt my ex-barber) 6 stars!

I just had my very first cut at Headquarters. William spent time to talk to me about my hair goals and I what I wanted from the cut and my hair. He then gave me the most relaxing wash I've EVER HAD!!! During the cut he stopped and explained some styling tips to me that I can use at home. I'm very happy with the cut and style. I'm so thankful I found this place.

Loved Juliette and my new haircut. Waited for 3 month for my new client appointment as I wanted a big change - going from long to pixie - and needed to confirm my face shape goes with my vision. I also wanted styling tips and support as I never had a haircut this short. The morning of my haircut 💇‍♀️ it looked like I wasn’t going to make it due to the nature of my job. I emailed them and they were so kind to forgo their normal cancellation policy to accommodate me. Thankfully I made it and got my haircut, had a great conversation with Juliette, and got my styling tips. The HQ place is super cute, too. I’ve been back once for maintenance since my original cut as well. Loving my experience with HQ. Highly recommend.

Willie is the best hair stylist I've ever had. He has the magic combination of listening very carefully to you about what you want it to look like.feel like AND executing your vision. My hair is THICK, and he gives it excellent shape and body, while also keeping it light enough that I have flexibility in how I style it. I've been going to him for a couple years, and I love each cut more than the last!

Will is a dream of a stylist. I tell him he's my Edward Scissorshands. I have very thick hair and have never found anyone that can thin it like he can. His Aveda products smell so good, and a hair washing is like a spa day. Would recommend him to everyone!

Willie is by far the best stylist I have ever had. So knowledgeable and he knew exactly what to do with my thick hair (medium/long). I call him a barber 💈 because this kind of exceptional customer care is what I would imagine at a barber shop; Very relaxed, no smelly chemicals and just what I was looking for.

Willy and Juliette both know exactly how to manage my crazy hair. I have this crispy, naturally-super-dry, pseudo-wavy hair that doesn’t cooperate and is frizzy 99% of the time. Well they know exactly what shape and style I can have that allows me to actually enjoy my hair. They also introduced me to hairstory which has changed my life (not kidding). Their COVID precautions are much appreciated and I love not having to share my space with other clients (hehe). 👍👍 One more thing, they are both super sweet and wonderful people I always enjoy my time spent with them.

I went to Headquarters for the first time ever a few months ago. Juliette was so helpful and provided a highly informative consultation before cutting off over 8 inches of my hair. I know others have already mentioned this, but she washed my hair and gave me the most relaxing scalp massage using essential oils. It smelled amazing! When I asked what the scent was, Juliette explained that all the products she uses are made from natural ingredients without any perfumes or chemical additives. What I really appreciate about Headquarters is the privacy and individual attention provided. The salon is located in a remodeled airstream trailer meaning there is room for you and Juliette or Willie, and that's about it! The trailer is so cool! Juliette and Willie (the family who owns and runs Headquarters) remodeled it themselves. Both Juliette and Willie are really sweet people and have a lovely family! Plus they are both phenomenal hair stylists. They were recently nominated Best in SA!

Man o man, what a shop. This husband and wife team crush the salon game. My hair is “simple” but Will makes it look oh so good. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it’s so worth it. The SUPER RAD airstream trailer that they work out of if located at this e-bike shop and beer market. You can have a cold beer on the patio from a HUGE selection of craft beer. There’s usually a food truck and a coffee truck open as well. Go by and see the trailer if you do nothing else. They’re Aveda trained as well. @hqmobilesalon is their insta. They have great pics on there.

Wonderful all around experience! I booked a shampoo and style, but the time and care I received was far and above. Lovely glass of wine while I waited, quaint and perfectly style interior, and excellent customer service. I left relaxed and with a well styled mane — exactly what I was going for.

You’d think you would know how to do a fade if you had your license. Probably the most basic hair request. My kids hair looked so botched i ended up having to shave it. Thanks Meagan for nothing!! Don’t go here!!
