Legitimately the best men’s brow waxing I’ve experienced in my life!!! I was super hesitant to get them done given a bad past experience elsewhere. I will now travel to Philly from NYC just to get them done!!! Truly. Jenne is a Goddess. My brows are never feminine — still masculine, but really well done.

Not sure why it took this long for me to review but I’ve been getting blowouts here by Dana and Holly for many years and have always left happy with the results. Last week, I got my first ever keratin treatment with Dana who answered all my questions and concerns. It’s been about a week and I’ve been walking around in humid weather with little frizz! I’m shocked and super happy with the results!

What an awesome place!! We are from out of town and were recommended to Heads & Tails! From the moment I spoke with Dana on the phone I knew this was the right place and we would be well taken care of !! Everyone was great and accommodated all of us on a very so day for us !! I couldn’t recommend Heads & Tails more !! All of our hair and makeup came out beautifully !!!

Had an amazing blowout with waves today from Dana! Amazing, fun conversation, it went by so quick. And affordable! I loved it as a senior in college who has a lot of graduation events this week.

Oh my goodness. It was an amazing service. It is very rare to find this level of service in this country. The staffs are very friendly, honest, and generous. They make sure to have us feel free to ask to re-do or add something. The salon itself smells really nice, has a great atmosphere, and makes us feel very comfortable. I am so glad to find this place in my first year in Philly. This is my go-to place during my stay in Philly (at least a little bit more than 4 more years).

Weed whackers and lawn mowers are usually need to tame all my hair needs. Jenne manages to tame it all, with smile and funny stories! The salon is gorge and always smells lovely. I particularly enjoy the tp folded into a point. I usually make it a point to rip the toilet paper in a jagged way just to annoy them! Sorry, not sorry!!

Have been going to this salon for all of my blow out, lash, and waxing needs since I moved into the city almost 5 years ago. The staff is like family and will treat you as such! Love the energy, services, and overall vibe.

Before Heads & Tails, I tried different places for threading but found no consistent success. H&T’s excellent reviews made me decide to switch to eyebrow waxing. I really love coming here because they always get it right, even if I have a different specialist from time to time.

Highly recommend coming here if you are someone who cares about cleanliness, quality and professionalism! Walking into the boutique it is bright and welcoming, you can tell right away how clean it is and that they care about making you comfortable. Dana was so lovely! I was worried about getting the blue wax because my last experience getting a Brazilian with it was sooo painful, but her technique made it almost painless!! So happy to have found my new waxing place!

Im going to start by saying how happy I am that I found this place. I came in for a bikini wax as a scared 1st timer. There are so many horror stories about the pain and suffering of having hair being ripped off down there. Well I'm here to tell you that may be true but not at Heads and Tails Beauty Boutique.I left with a smile and satisfaction. Jenne was my esthetician she was kind, funny, and really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
