I had a very awkward interaction with the staff - I gave them a good tip (20%) for what the service was - an hour massage. I gave the tip in cash, and the masseuse had asked me for more cash and would not accept what I had to give. She was very hostile and was still holding my card at the time and made me feel very uncomfortable, making me feel like I had to give her more money. I have never been asked for extra tip, especially when I already was giving about 20%. The massage was good but it was not worth that awkward interaction.

Very poor full body massage experience. I was asked if I wanted a strong or medium massage and I said strong. It was the most gentle rubbing I've had my entire life. Much more of a spa massage you'd get after a pedicure than a healing anything. My masseuse just seemed very green and uncertain. The massage is $60, and they charge $5 if you pay with credit card. And they are very pushy about getting a tip.

This is place is not worth your time or money. Girls will tell you must pay 50.00 plus tip. They are very rude. They don’t care about you as a customer. If you have a complaint the oner is not available or out of the country. It’s not worth your time. I would give them no star but you can’t.

Wendy was great, the 1h massage was really relaxing and quite deep which I liked. The place is clean and the table was comfortable, good heating too. You can pay by credit card. It was $65 for 1h. Gave a tip in cash.

The positive about this place is the woman who massaged my back did an excellent job. My stress slowly left my body. I have to say that even with that, I was highly disappointed and uncomfortable when she told me they "take a $20 minimum tip." On the phone, I was told the message was $55, and after I received the service, I was charged $58, and the masseuse said they had charge tax. It would've been nice to know all of this beforehand. It gave unprofessional vibes.

I’m glad I stopped in for a massage,The atmosphere was very pleasant.Tables were very comfortable,they had a heated mat under the sheets,which felt great.The women had strong hands and provided a relaxing massage.I’ll definitely stop in again.

i work in construction so i suffer from back pain. after an hour here my back pain was so much better. they are very good at their jobs. im very grateful and will go at least twice a week
