My daughter and SIL treated me to a massage here after I 'worked the night shift' with their newborn. My therapist was Cedtara. As I told her manager upon leaving, I have had massages in Europe and across the US and Cedtara is definitely in the top 3 of any massages I've had anywhere! She was thoughtful, receptive to my needs and just knew how to work out kinks I didn't even know I had. Very nice young lady with a gift! Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience here both times I have come. My first massage was with Victoria about 6 months back and this time I went to Mariangel. Both massages were out of this world and THE BEST I have had in Miami. You can tell these women really care about their clients and the quality of their work. I am happy to live close-by, but even if I didn’t, I would drive out of the way to come here!

I have been going to Healing Hands for a while now and I am finally a member. I can't say enough how wonderful the staff is all around (especially the founder Anastasia!) I have recently received a massage by Mariangel. She listened to my needs and provided an excellent experience all around. Most importantly, she provided me with very valuable feedback throughout the session for the areas I can work with my Physical Therapist. She used a mix of techniques to relieve the tension in my body and I felt so much better right after the session. I am feeling even better now a few hours later!

Massages are usually not my thing, but Anastasia was wonderful with the massage she gave me. She made me feel comfortable giving her feedback as we went along and it was a good mix of relaxation and a massage to help with soreness and back pain. My husband's massage with Victoria was the best he's ever had - and he's a tough critic. He regularly gets massages and he said "There's the relaxing massage where you fall asleep and enjoy it. And then there's the massage you need. She moved my arms, and found a spot in my right calf I didn't even know was an issue. She was excellent!" We've already both decided to book again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Booked a service on the same day after waking up sore due to multiple workouts that week. Victoria who was my therapist, was kind and thoughtful and made me feel like a new person after a 60 minute message. She was very knowledgeable and instantly identified what areas were triggering me the most. I’m definitely looking to buy a monthly membership after my experience.

Great deep tissue massage that was intense and worked out my kinks, while leaving me feeling relaxed, refreshed and not sore. This was my 2nd massage with Athena and she is very talented and skillful with her techniques, mixing stretching with hot stones, hot towels and deep massage from head to toe. I highly recommend Helping Hands and Athena. You can't go wrong no matter who your therapists as they are all trained in so many diverse techniques---it is not a choose one offering at Helping Hands, it is whatever the client needs to feel amazing, they provide and skillfully!
