Made an appointment at 6:30 for 8pm I came back at 8pm. They lied, said they called, and when I cam back to my surprise they changed it to 8:30pm. Came back at 8:30pm and then they asked me to pay 1st before the service. Horrible customer service and the customer is not valued. How do I know... I told them I was writing this review... they didn't care

There are 2 types of massage places in Philly: full service spas and minimal frills $1/min spots and they should be reviewed accordingly. Healing Hands is $1/min place, but on the top end of the bunch in the Center City/Southwest Center City area. Appointments are made over the phone, payment is required before service, and cash payment is expected. The staff are very pleasant and the location is quiet and clean. Massage rooms are in a private hallway, away from check in, but have blackout curtains instead of doors. It's not loud by any means, however. My therapist Jason was on time, respectful, and checked in for pressure and comfort. When I gave feedback on comfort he immediately adjusted. Overall, a great 90 min trigger point + deep tissue + hot stone massage with a great price of $90. I'll definitely be back.

LOVE this place! Best massage in Philly. I’ve been to so many places for strong sports massage and find the classic Chinese massage works the best. What makes this place (HH) stand out is their consistency— every single visit is incredible. So lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood. I’m always recommending HH to friends and realized with today’s visit that I should give them the Google 5-star acknowledgement too. Enjoy!

My boyfriend and I came for a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. They started out by massaged us through a sheet for 20 minutes which did not feel good. The rest of the massage felt like a back rub. It honestly seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing, weren’t trained to massage, and it was their first day on the job. The ladies talked the entire time so it was not relaxing or enjoyable.

FABULOUS! Ms. Yana D takes special care of me every time. She has a way of making you feel super comfortable. I definitely fell asleep on one of my facials because I was so comfortable! I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend any Serenity Wellness Boutique services.

I met Yana 6 years ago when she did my make-up for my 40th Birthday Celebration and let me say she was a breath of fresh air from beginning to end. her professionalism and knowledge of makeup and skin care is impeccable. She beat my face to the GODS. Whenever i have a special event i book her and the results always get better and better. I receive so many compliments and my photos come out perfect! I’ve been a re-occurring customer for some time now every time i go into this boutique the energy is so welcoming and warm and always smells amazing you can tell that she truly loves what she does, my favorite is the relax, relate, release facial and her acne serum is INCREDIBLE i used to struggle with random breakouts until i came across her my skin is glowing and it has also helped with hyperpigmentation i use it daily after washing my face my face booking an appointment with her would honestly be one of the best decisions that you could ever make your skin will thank you lol ☺️

I’ve been coming here for almost a year, always a pleasant experience…. Calming atmosphere-very relaxing facial- I could fall asleep, and the esthetician is extremely knowledgeable And and has a great energy, I always feel super Relaxed when I’m finished my facial and my skin has really been transformed! I’ve been going to Serenity for several months and really enjoy the atmosphere and vibe. I started going just for microdermabrasion, but added light therapy and massage to my appointments. They also make a skin serum that has drastically improved the dryness of my skin. It’s been a problem I’ve had for years and I’m seeing improvement since going. The massages are top tier. I highly recommend.
