Holy $&!+ Darwin is AMAZING!!!! He clearly knows anatomy and structure of the human body and uses his knowledge to HIT. THE. SPOT. He listened to my needs/concerns and seamlessly catered to them. I cannot express enough how incredible that massage was. I told him I like pretty firm pressure and he nailed it! I never once even had to ask him to adjust, it was PERFECTION!

Husband booked a 90 minute float for my birthday and it was $200 for two people. The facility was nice and I was looking forward to it. We have done many floats before. It is suppose to be sensory deprivation. The tank door doesn’t seal all the way so there was light pollution through the door. I could hear the water filtration system or the washing machine droning on and on. And foot steps of people out side. I was okay with the light coming in but the noises I was hearing were completely distracting and I couldn’t stay in any longer. The tank was narrow and I kept touching the side of the tank. When I came down they asked me how my float was. And I explained all of the above. The lady just told me that if I wanted no light I needed to turn the light off outside of the tank. At no time during the instruction did she say that. The whole point of float therapy is sensory deprecation with no light and noise distractions. And she had no comments about all the noises. Not worth the $200.

I have enjoyed my time at Healing One since they opened almost 10 years ago. The float tanks are a great place for deep meditation with the benefits of taking the saltiest epsom salt bath. Brad is a wonderful massage therapist, I have seen some great results with some long term muscle tightness with the combo of cupping and massage.

One of the best healing centers in Reno. I've been a member for years and have benefitted greatly from float sessions. Massages with Ryder have also been top-notch. It's definitely not a place to sleep on.

Ryder is amazing and pays great attention to detail during her massages. It truly feels like you are being taken care of while she uses supportive props so you can relax. Always feels like a reset when I work with Ryder.

Staff members are always so sweet and polite. Star is the masseuse that was recommended by my roommate and so thankful i went to her. She is just the most caring, compassionate with the most down to earth soul that i have met. She has helped me with my lower pain and advised what i can do at home as well which i appreciate.

Healing one has such a powerful energy to it, and has been the source of some of my most profound moments. I have done three floats and each one taught me something new. I have done an energy healing with Regina and it was borderline life-changing. I can't stop recommending this place to people. I think if you're ready for it there's a lot to be gained.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here regularly for massage for the past year with an occasional float. Ryder is an incredible therapist. She has provided excellent massage through a very difficult and stressful time of my life. The entire team is great: professional, nurturing and smiley. I’m so happy to have healing one in my life and as a fundamental part of my self care routine.

I couldn’t recommend Sarah Seltzer enough for a Healing Session! She has such a special gift for holding space, compassion and active listening to support you with wherever you’re at on your healing journey. I went into our session unclear of what I wanted to focus on, and Sarah rooted me into the space and enabled me to feel safe and heard. Sarah has a unique gift of bringing multiple healing modalities into her sessions including meditation and grounding, reiki and calling upon the Kontomblé to support her. After the healing session, Sarah grounded me back in and went through what came up for her during the session and a couple of things I can focus on moving forward. I went into my weekend feeling invigorated and lighter and clearer. A bonus is Healing One allows you access to their lounge before/after your session for tea and readings. :)

I have received an energy healing from Regina who is absolutely amazing and I have also received a massage from Barrett Hill who is incredible and I have gotten to float both alone and with my husband and we both love coming here ✨ We will be recommending this place to everyone we know! 😊

Healing One is an incredible space. As soon as you enter you can feel the shift in energy and higher vibration of the center. I have experienced various kinds of healing energy therapies all over the world, and my recent session with Sarah Seltzer was unlike anything I have undergone before. She seamlessly incorporates the modalities of her various master trainings as well as intuitively understanding and implementing what you are needing in the moment. She gently guides you through the session, delivering channeled messages alongside energetic clearing, healing and alignment. I left the session feeling some benefits, days later, I am still feeling the work that she did integrating and even more benefits. This was my first time floating! I have never felt so rested and my body feel SO GREAT! After 3 knee surgeries, 2 full replacements, active at my job, and chasing grand babies, today's float made me feel like a new woman. The guy is right...the float (my was 90 minute) equalled out to 4 hours of rest..I would agree. Highly recommend in our fast pace of life to treat yourself or someone else to something like this. 😊👍

I wasn't sure I would enjoy a sensory deprivation float, to be honest it sounded like torture for my overactive mind, but it is fantastic! I find I am relaxed that often I fall asleep as my aches and pains melt away into the salty water. (Bonus, my hair loves it!) In addition to the floats, Healing One also offers other services such as massage, oxygen therapy, and energy healing. I haven't tried everything they have to offer, but I would be doing a great disservice to this establishment if I didn't mention my amazing massage therapist, Ryder. I've only had a few massages so far, but have been impressed by Ryder's knowledge and intuition when it comes to working on my sore muscles. If you are at all curious about sensory deprivation floats, energy work, or in need of a good massage, I encourage you to give Healing One a try. I am so very glad I finally did!

I've had many massages over the years, from both men and women, but a session with Barrett is truly unique—and in the best way possible. From the moment you meet him, his calming aura and positive energy put you at ease and lift your spirits. Barrett is a kind and thoughtful professional who takes the time to ask about your preferences before starting the massage. He inquires about your choice of oil or lotion, whether you’re comfortable with cupping, and if there are any specific areas causing you pain that need extra attention. His attention to detail and communication are truly appreciated. After my first massage with Barrett, I knew I had found something special—like I had 'struck gold' in finding him as a masseuse. He is a true master of his craft and offers more than just massages, including Reiki treatments to help balance your chakras and leave you feeling amazing. I highly recommend Barrett!

Totally relaxing atmosphere ! The epsom salt soaks are total relaxation, unplug to no sound, light or gravity. Pure bliss. I feel overall relaxed and calm for a couple of days afterwards! Highly recommend! 🙌🏼❤️

I came into Healing One for a one hour massage with a therapist named Barrett. He did a deep tissue massage that really helped to begin loosening up my whole body. At the end of the hour I asked if he could do another 30 minutes and he said he could. He spent that time really working on some very stubborn muscles in my neck and back. Over the years, I’ve had many, many massages from both men and women, and I have to say that this was one of the two best massages I’ve ever experienced. I really recommend seeing Barrett if you’re having a lot of sore muscles or trouble with moving.

I had a wonderful float experience at Healing One! I love that this spa doubles as a community hub with small libraries and lounge spaces both downstairs and upstairs. There is a wide selection of tea, tarot cards and various healing props to play with, which was a super nice touch. I saw that they give a 50% coupon for a float for your birthday and offer memberships for locals in the area. Thanks for a great experience; I’ll be back soon!
