I had the pleasure of receiving a medical massage from Christi-Anne recently, and I have to say it was an incredible experience. From start to finish, Christi-Anne was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. One thing that stood out to me was how well she listened to my concerns and needs. She took the time to ask about any problem areas or areas of concern that I wanted her to focus on. Her approach was very personalized, and I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me feel better. Throughout the massage, Christi-Anne’s expertise was evident. She knew exactly where to apply pressure and how to release tension in my muscles. She used a variety of techniques, including stretching and deep tissue work, to address my specific issues. What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable she was about the body and its mechanics. She explained what she was doing and why it was beneficial, which helped me feel more informed and involved in the process. Overall, I highly recommend Christi-Anne for anyone seeking a medical massage. Her ability to listen, customize her approach, and apply her expertise make her an outstanding practitioner. Finally I have relief. I felt better after the first session and showed enough progress to stop after three sessions. I may need a “tune up” now and again, but this was immediate and real relief. I trust Christi-Anne and recommend her.

Christi-Anne is definitely someone I want to be part of my health maintenance program, because I clearly experience tangible results of her efforts more than many of the other health practitioners I use (most of whom I consider very qualified). She is very much a professional health care provider. On every visit, Christi-Anne first evaluates how I'm doing, then by evaluating how i'm carrying myself, whether I'm using good posture (determining if bad habits are sneaking back into my daily routine), then finally determining how my muscles are affecting the mobility of my skeleton. (I have arthritis, which is why Christi-Anne was recommended to me by my chiropractor.) Christi-Anne explains to me what she is doing for my treatment, and why she is doing it. I've learned through Christi-Anne's encouragement to be aware of personal posture habits between visits, so that my appointments with Christi-Anne will be the most beneficial.
