Highly recommend I had a 1 hour massage ,jacuzzi plus a detox great prices I feel like a new born take some time I go there.

Do not recommend. Since they have been under new management and switched from Facebook spa to Caroline's Spa in Feb 2023 the customer service is awful. I was yelled at by the manager because of their website issue and they refused to give me a refund even though I didn't get a service. I have been going to Josephine's Spa down the block and it's cheaper.

Iāve been going to Carolineās Spa for many years and she has been exceptional. The whole entire staff is very welcoming and attentive. I have very sensitive skin and donāt trust anyone with my face. Both Carolina and Giselle are very professional, sweet and the best at what they do. Everyone I have recommended is extremely satisfied with the services and results!! If youāre looking to have glowing, beautiful skin this is the place. Love, love Carolineās Spa š

Very irresponsible!!! She has been switching names back and forth but same people. Never arrive on time. I had an appointment at 10am. They opened at 10am and i waited 20 mins and Sheila , who was supposed to take care of me , never called and never made it. Didn't even call back to offer an explanation or excuse. Very unprofessional. Time is precious!! By the way, it wasn't the receptionist who opened the site, it was someone who worked there as who knows what. Very unprofessional and disorganized!!

Perfect place to go if you need to unwind from a tough week at work !!!! Removed the knotted muscles out of my back n legs sooo good it brought me to tears to my eyes of joy. Wish I would of come a long time ago. Both Kriss an Carolines reminded me of the importance of a good massage and for that I am forever grateful !!!!!! Thank you .....your hands changed my life !!!! Spent several hours here!! Staff are courteous and professional. I received a massage which was great even though she did not speak English we understood one another. I did the steam sauna!! Definitely worth the time!! I felt so relaxed afterwards. Next time I will try it before massage... I did get my hair trimmed wash and blow ! If there was a down fall it was just that it took longer than normal where I go but he did an amazing job !! And had passion for what he does! Great place to pamper your self .

Heaven sent spa under new management. I love this place, go there once per week. Recently walking on Broadway I found this spa, and it was definitely heaven sent. So far I have done several treatments from lazer, scar revision to body slimming and contouring. Everything is truly amazing.
