LOVE the wet sauna, it's the only one I know of in the city. I also appreciate that I can use the gym and saunas the whole day of my scheduled massage/service. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming.

Horrible experience. I got a massage today at the Fairmount Pittsburgh. I paid 240 dollars, for a massage I could have done better, if I did it on myself. I went into the massage, stating I want medium pressure, especially around my neck, shoulders and upper back. The pressure was horrible- 0 pressure what so ever. I told the therapist 3 times to increase the pressure and nothing was done. Additionally, usually in every other massage I have received, every body part front to back is done. In this massage, the back of my arms were not done. To top it all off- when I went to pay, I told the receptionist that I had a terrible massage and was received with nothing. He said “oh okay” and proceeded to have me pay, with no questions. I will NEVER go to this place again. 240 dollars down the drain.

I had the best massage with Elise.. i was here traveling for work and had my afternoon free up..I called the Fairmont on a whim snd they had an opening at 12:15. It was 12 o'clock when I called but I grabbed it and I'm sure glad I did. Her scalp and face massage was like no other and much needed as I'm u see the weather!! I will def be back to see Elise.

I went to the Fairmont Spa for a massage with Jenna Jack. It was a great experience. She was very professional and focused on creating a relaxing atmosphere. Her massage was one of the best I’ve ever received. It helped my achey neck and shoulder muscles too. I felt refreshed and would definitely schedule with her again.

My day at the Health Club and Spa was amazing! I live in the South Hills and really needed a get away from stress and drama, and it did the trick! I was there for 5 hours and enjoyed every minute including the yoga class taught by Nadia; the exercise machines; and the sauna and steam room! The manicure was okay but for the steep price, I expected more --like a hand massage; and/or a neck massage; more exfoliation; etc. Georgine did a good job on my manicure and my nails looked nice. The drink/beverage menu prices are steep but to be expected at the Fairmont, I suppose.

We had a wonderful family girls spa day! They set up a beautiful lunch for us as well. Staff is very accommodating and the premises are sophisticated. If there was any improvement at all, I would suggest a cool mist with aromatherapy and some nuts/dried fruit bowls near the apples and oranges. We were there for hours and not quite ready for our lunch. One of us was lightheaded. The staff quickly gave us a nut, dried fruit snack from their back room. Very nice of them. Great day!

I came into the spa with a sore neck and back. I was in dire need a of a massage. I booked a 90 minute massage with Aleece and instantly felt so much better! Aleece gets all my knots out and I always leave feeling so rejuvenated! She puts the perfect amount of pressure on your knots and really listens to your needs. Aleece is the best massage therapist! The eucalyptus steam room is always so relaxing after your massage. If you need a massage then book with Aleece!! You won’t regret it!

It was a great massage. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable. I do wish the sitting area had more comfortable furniture. It’s hard to relax while waiting for your appointment.

It was a nice experience but for the extravagant price was a little disappointing. At times we were hurried. Didn’t realize we would have to do a lot of paperwork at the beginning and my mother’s facial was cut short. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time together as a celebration, but were separated much of the time. Was not the stress-free pampering experience I was hoping for.
