DO NOT COME HERE!! This is the worst massage place you will ever experience in your life!! It stinks!!! They’re unprofessional , there were bugs crawling , talking while giving the massage ( the massage was bad ) and the manager is rude and money hungry. I would give this place zero stars if I could!!

My 2nd time at this awesome spa. Met with therapist Jennifer last for a foot massage and tonight for a full body. She was excellent, listen to all my concerns and was extremely professional. Will definitely return and recommend this spa to everyone.

I feel like I have a civil duty to warn people about this place. I've been getting massages for the last 15 years and this place WINS for WORST MASSAGE of my life. After reading previous reviews, I'm not the only one with the same experience so I'll try and keep this short but TL;DR DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Pros- Inexpensive, walked right in Cons- LMT was really rough. I had requested she lighten the pressure which lasted for about 10 minutes and then she was back at it. No communication. Halfway through the massage she disappeared for 3 minutes and came back with Hot Stones. I've received hot stone service before and I'm not sure where these stones came from but I'm thinking Hades himself dropped them off because they were EXTREMELY HOT!! So much so that the woman a few beds away shrieked when her LMT place the hot stones on her back as well. All Over the Place. There was NO continuity of the massage. Everything was aggressively rubbed, pushed, pulled and twisted. There was no flow, no gradual build up or light stretching. Atrocious. Didn't know bones and vertebrae needed massaging. You read that right. She was aggressively massaging my BONES and it was highly painful. I've received Deep Tissue Massages countless times in the pasted and I know you're NOT supposed to aggressively dig away at vertebrae /pelvic bones. I believe I narrowly escaped paralysis. 98% of the massage was Full Back only. (Again NO communication of what I was interested in/what areas needed attention). The other 2% was arms and about 35 seconds of quads. She was yanking my arms and contorting me into very odd/uncomfortable positions to the point that I was tensing up for fear that she was legitimately going to injury me. Lastly, while laying on my back, she started to massage my forehead and face....then she DUG her fingers into my temples and held it there! I reached up and moved her hands away because again, it was VERY PAINFUL. She started to argue with me that it was "Good and OK", so I had to tell her again to stop. This place is pretty bad. I will never ever ever go back and I urge anyone who is considering a visit here...DON'T!

I have been to this location a couple of times and it was good. Now this was pre pandemic. I don’t know if it’s under new management but my experience this time was so disappointing. My masseuse rushed through my massage as well as stopping several times. I wanted an hour massage and ten minutes into the massage, the masseuse says she can only provide a half hour service. After talking in her native tongue, she returned and rushed through the rest of the massage. At the end I was told I had to make a minimum tip payment of $10 which I thought was unreasonable due to the service not being up to par. I wouldn’t recommend this spa simply due to minimum tip requirement. Which is also not stated before the service begins.

I highly recommend receiving a massage here! They recently got a new owner, and trust me- she is splendid. I have used this owner's other business for over four years now. The owner is so terrific that whenever she opens another venture, I quickly utilize her hospitable services. She makes you feel right a home. The owner treats her staff with respect, which translates to the team taking care of their clients. She's courteous and amiable. You would not regret getting her service. If you have any issues, she is easy to speak to, and the problem will be resolved- dissipating an uncomfortable atmosphere. 100/100 recommend trying out their massage services.

My husband and I had a 1 PM appointment today. Within the 1st 10 minutes of my massage the curtain had opened and closed at least 5 times with the female masseuse that was massaging me speaking to a male outside the curtain. Then within the next 5 minutes the curtain yet again opened and a female now was speaking to the masseuse massaging my back which happened to NOW be a male? Unbeknownst to me they switched places without my permission and without telling me. When i questioned it, no one answered me, he just stopped and then they switched back to the woman massaging me. very bizarre behavior. In addition the female masseuse's Cell phone rang and she proceeded to answer her cell phone while massaging me and have a full blown conversation with the person. I immediately asked her to stop the massage I have had enough interruptions. Very unprofessional and bizarre behavior. . She would not leave the room to let me get dressed until after asking numerous times. I had to raise my.voice and ask for a manager. She said there is no manager. We have come here for years and now will NEVER go back.

The service sucked. The lady was very rude and inconsiderate. I called to make an appointment at 7 and then when I got there they told me they could take me because I walked in 3 minutes late. Once I asked to get my money back, they automatically took me but she was on the phone with a coworker and I thought I heard her say n**** but I let it go because I wasn’t sure. After the massage I took my card out to give a tip but it wasn’t what she wanted so then she repeated n**** again while talking to another coworker. She also grabbed my arm to lift me out of the massage table as soon as it was over. They shouldn’t be in this business because they show no hospitality and care for anyone else. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of that and the massage could’ve been better. I wouldn’t rated it less than a star but one is the lowest I could give. DON’T GO HERE

This place use to be pretty good now it’s unbelievable. Great massage, new owner And manager. My feet were hurting from playing golf all day. After my foot massage I walked out like a new man. Can’t wait to go back again. On a scale of one to ten I give it a 10. Alice can’t wait to see you next week.😛

I have been going here for over a year now. After my massage the lady charged my card three times. She didn't realize there was no paper in the Credit Card machine. This business failed to refund my money or offer a solution. This business is under two different names as well. Will be looking for other options to redeem my money.

Love Love this place. It's not full with ambiance but it gets the job done. This establishment is cool, comfy and the staff are so sweet. I come here at least twice a month. Never disappointed. Let's not forget the prices SUPERB!! Especially for what you get. You'll enjoy this place especially after a hard day at the office.
