Booked on Groupon and made an appointment by phone. I am here today and no one is at the office. Closed and no one picks up the phone. Do not buy here

Got gifted a Groupon for my birthday and booked an appointment on the phone and confirmed over text. When I showed up on the day of my appointment no one was there. Sat there calling and texting them and never got a response. We drove far too, so this was really disappointing.

I had a scheduled 90 minute massage I had purchased on Groupon for a Saturday at 1pm, confirmed via text the Monday before. I arrived on Saturday and the building was locked and they completely ghosted me. I texted several times and called twice with no answer or response. As people do, I had made arrangements and plans for that day around this massage, and to no call/no show/no answer is unacceptable business practices. It’s nearly a week later and I’ve yet to hear back.

If there was a way to do zero stars I would. Booked a couples massage from Groupon and the doors were locked and they never showed and completely ghosted us! We drove over 30mins and needed to pay for childcare to be stood up and never answered. HORRIBLE business would never recommend and told Groupon to remove them as well!

Came here for my booking at groupon and no one was there. Been calling and texting back to back and no response. Scam. Terrible business. Don't go here.

Came here with a Groupon for a couples massage. It was a full body massage 10/10 no notes. Perfect amount of pressure and a very relaxing atmosphere. The masseuses were also professional.
