The name says it all- HEALTH + GLOW! Dr. K is truly magnificent and one of a kind, with an impeccable bedside manner. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous with a focus on keeping you healthy and glowing. I have been a patient for over a year and could not imagine going elsewhere.

Booked a follow up in September for October. They never mentioned going to a “member’s only status” at any point. I am told the day before my follow-up appointment that if I’m not a member, I cannot be seen. It would’ve been nice to know this ahead of time, so I could find another PCP to do my needed follow up. I asked off work and had everything set up to make it to this follow up appointment, but I’m told the day before that the only way I’ll be seen is if I spend hundreds on a “members-only membership” ... No thank you. Front office didn’t have a care in the world about the situation. Unprofessional and do not care about your time. ***Edit for reply to below: My appointment was booked PRIOR to the office becoming (and announcing) a VIP membership. My appointment should’ve been honored at that point. It would be a different story if I booked my appointment under the knowledge that it would later become “VIP only.” But this was not the case... That’s what is upsetting. Have a good day.

I want to start by acknowledging that the staff, especially the nursing staff, were consistently kind and respectful during both of my visits to this office. However, I had an appointment on January 6, 2025, for routine lab work, and as of today, January 22, 2025, I have not received any communication regarding my lab results. I have tried calling their main number multiple times, but each call gets disconnected. I also checked their online portal for my test results, but none have been uploaded, making the portal ineffective. Additionally, the messaging feature in the portal is useless as it does not allow me to send new messages. The follow-up from this office has been extremely poor, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

This post is long overdue but I met with NP Kimber I believe was her name (full name Kimber Henry I think). She was great and very attentive. Truthfully I would book with her again! Hopefully she’s still there when I go for my annual appointment but I would definitely recommend her.

Health and Glow is truly a transformational place. Its holistic approach to healthcare is very effective, as I have experienced outstanding results in the last year with Dr. K and her staff at both the med or spa facilities. Dr. K is a brilliant medical professional who deeply cares for her patients’ well-being and she always offers the latest medical advancements. As a busy professional, I choose very carefully where I spend my time, and for me coming to Health and Glow appointments (whether for regular spa, weight-loss visits or primary care check ups) is always a delight. I receive the care I need efficiently and in a very friendly, professional environment. I trust my care and that of my family to Dr. K, and I highly recommend her at every opportunity!

I love Health + Glow and cannot recommend it enough! Dr. K is the best! I have been going here for primary care for almost 2 years, and in the past year have started to utilize the med spa. I have struggled with frustrating and painful cystic acne. Dr. K got me on the right treatment plan with laser treatments and facials on the spa side. And my skin is almost clear. Kristina was there for most of my laser treatments, and was always so kind and professional. Shoutout to Rachel for the amazing facials. She is also full of knowledge and has helped me simplify and create an effective skincare routine. It has been a journey, and I am so thankful to everyone that has helped! The staff and nurses are always so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend, and worth the membership fees to receive exceptional care! :)

This was my first treatment ever at H&G so I really can't give a definitive review yet. I paid for 3 RF microneedling treatments (Endymed device) at a very fair price due to their black Friday promos. The staff are very congenial and knowledgeable. Dr K personally greeted me. The spa itself is very bougie and elegant with a pleasant BARBIESQUE decor and is immaculate. The aesthetician explained everything to me (first ever RF treatment for me). She was obviously very experienced and knew her stuff. So after the 3rd treatment I'll know if I got my money's worth as far as results go. Additionally I'm having 2 Halo laser treatments elsewhere (also a black Friday special) in between RF treatments. Hopefully I'll get good results albeit not as good as surgery would be but the thought of going under the knife scares me.

I originally gave this place 5 stars because of the attention and detail the doctors and staff provided. I had even recommended this place to so many people. Them moving over to a “membership only” facility in which you can only be seen by your PCP if you’re enrolled even if you’re a previous patient is ridiculous. In my opinion it’s a way to reach a certain group of people and make more money. I was finally comfortable and happy with finding a PCP after months of searching. I was even willing to make the long drive out there just to be seen. I guess now I have to restart my search. Really disappointing.

If you are going to this clinic for primary health care, don't bother. This place is geared to just upsell you on their other services that make them money. I arrived at the front desk and the young lady told me I have to now pay for an annual fee to the clinic if I want my BP meds prescription re filled. I said I would not pay an annual fee just to get my BP meds so they canceled my apt. So, I think that should tell you something about what this clinic is really about.

When I first came to this office I was quite happy with the service and quality of care. Fast forward to today (@ 2 years) and unfortunately have to leave a negative review. Went in for post pellet hormone replacement bloodwork last week. While my blood was being drawn I asked to speak with the doctor or her PA re some side affects I am experiencing. To echo some of the other folks leaving feedback, I was informed that I could not meet with the doctor or anyone else unless I signed up for membership - the office had adopted a members-only policy for Primary Care. WHAT?!?!? Deny existing patients access to their doctor unless we join a club and pay a fee on top of the doctor’s visit? Not only is that unprofessional, it is also immoral and offensive to those who have been under the care of a doctor to suddenly be denied access. Pay to play with healthcare - shame on you. Especially since your office is unorganized, calls get routed to an answering service and prescriptions don’t get filled on time. Good luck with your country club attitude for sub par care.
