Felt "one" with the mat Energy exasperated lower back pain, stiff (L4,5, S 1) Energy did not make him feel more energetic really Level 2 did not offer additional benefits Above level 1 did not feel much difference in benefit outside of level 1 Like a soothing and relaxing hug, meditative state allowed to fall asleep which is hard for him since high strung

So amazing! I needed a self care day and my aesthetician took great care of me. Very in depth consultation so I know she understood my skin care needs and helps a lot with educating me on the products I should be using. Not only did I get an amazing facial but I really felt taken cared for so I left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the week! 10/10 highly recommend

Tara is super knowledgeable and sincerely interested in her clients. She will not ‘over sell’, for a product or procedure that she doesn’t believe in. She is receptive to in-house parties and home visits, based on her availability and circumstances at the office! KQ
