I highly recommend Max at Health Spa 4! I came in for a lymphatic drainage massage post-tummy tuck surgery and a facial massage, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Max is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The results of the lymphatic massage were fantastic—exactly what I needed during my recovery. What stood out most to me was the value I received for the price. Unlike many places, Max truly gives you the full hour of service, with no shortcuts or rushed moments. I had 4 lymphatic drainage massages here, and I loved my results and experience! The massages were relaxing and very helpful to my trouble areas. I felt the stiffness and pain lessening after each session and I feel a lot better now. I also look visibly slimmer with way less swelling. Tatiana and Max were awesome and very knowledgeable about the lymphatic system. They both made me feel comfortable the entire time. Would 100% recommend!

I came here for my post chin lipo massages and I have no regrets. I had a total of 6 massages and after every massage I felt so much better and immediately saw a reduction in swelling. Both Max and Tatiana are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They made my journey towards healing so much easier and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend this spa for your post lipo massages or just to feel great in general. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you again Max and Tatiana, I appreciate you guys!

I did a lymphatic drainage massage and a Face sculpt massage and I have seen great results after my first time visit. I will definitely continue to come back spay because I use to go to LA and payed double the price so I am glad I found someone that I can trust to do an amazing job here in San Diego, I totally recommend anyone that needs these treatments to try them out for themselves!!

They put a lot of effort into trying to resolve your areas of concern. The masseuse is strong and can get very deep into tight areas. This is definitely the kind of massage you should get for remediating an issue, it’s not for those who are seeking something soft.

The massages really helped reduce the huge amount of lymphatic swelling after my surgery. Tatiana and Max were very good to work with, especially about rescheduling appointments when necessary.

Initially I searched for a post op facialist and found Healthspa4u. This place is amazing! Max who does the facials is truly a magician! Max is great at applying the appropriate pressure during the massage and continually checks in with you throughout the facial to make sure you are comfortable. Both Max and his wife are very knowledgeable with regard to sculpting of the facial muscles and how to improve your skin and muscles to promote a much younger and healthier face. Their prices are extremely affordable. Healthspa offers a variety of other services as well! I will continually return to Healthspa for facial massages to maintain the amazing results and benefits I have already received from the work that Max has already done with the muscles in my face.

A great experience for a great price! I've done a couple facial lymphatic massages to help with my jaw pain, dark circles, and facial lifting and it's helped tremendously. The couple is so sweet and really focuses on exactly what you're looking for. Highly recommend!

I can’t express how amazing my experiences have been at Health Spa 4U! Tatiana and Max are incredible, and so knowledgeable and professional. I have now been there twice, the first time for a lymphatic drainage massage, and this last time the lymphatic massage and also a facial sculpting massage. Tatiana took before and after photos of my face, and I was shocked at the difference! No bags under my eyes and all of my facial muscles are so lifted! I’m going to do a series of the facial massages. The lymphatic drainage massages are also top notch. My body feels sculpted and I have so much energy! I’ve been trying to find good lymphatic massages for a while now, but could never find any in my price range. Health Spa 4U’s prices are super reasonable, which allows me to add their services to my wellness routine in a regular basis. I feel like they’re a hidden gem! Can’t recommend them enough!

I had a facial massage for severe TMJ dysfunction pain that has been pretty treatment-resistant for years, but after my session with Max just a few days ago I have already noticed impressive pain reduction. Max and Tatiana are so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, I highly recommend their practice😊

I love my facial massages here with Max! They are relaxing, therapeutic and just a lovely experience all around. I tend to get puffiness under my eyes and after the facial massage, the puffiness was hardly noticeable. The space is clean and well taken care of. Tatiana is friendly and helpful. I highly recommended Health Spa 4U. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Max and Tatiana, the couple that run the spa are great, they are knowledgable and take the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. I have been going to them for the last couple of months after my surgery for lymphatic drainage massages, I had a rough recovery and the messages aided in my recovery and I felt better after each one. They create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Tatiana, Max’s wife is very friendly, she checks up on you after massages and makes sure that you are feeling great.

I had a sculptural facelift and lymphatic massage for body ☺️ they did great and was able to see results after the massage. They were able to notice if my problematic spots had lymphatic lumps plus suggest advice. They did awesome !

Great lymphatic massage and facial massage. For facial massage, I have been seeing Max for 7 times. I missed one week in the middle of my plan but it was wonderful. I was supposed to be on the 5 week plan so I recommend dedicating straight weeks and not planning to miss sessions. Your skin will feel soft, hydrated, glowing, and lifted. I highly recommend! This is a total mom and pop shop where his wife Tatiana handles all the logistics. Love being able to support a local small biz. My tip would be getting cash beforehand which they prefer. I mostly use credit card so it was hard to remember. Can’t wait for my next visit next month!

HealthSpa4u is truly incredible! I did both the Lymphatic Body Massage and the Sculptural Lifting Massage and highly recommend both treatments. After just 3 weeks, my face looks noticeably tighter/brighter/and healthier! The facial massage is so relaxing and I love that pictures are taken so I can visibly see the progression and improvement. The body massage was equally as great! I felt so relaxed and it definitely helped with pain and puffiness. Max and Tatiana are so wonderful and create such a positive experience! These services truly deliver results I can see and it’s why I’ll certainly be a repeat customer :)

Healthspa4u is a great find! It is run by an awesome couple. I saw some reviews and decided to try them out for post operative lymphatic drainage massage. I had gone to one other place and the price was about $60 more an hour and I didn’t like it as much. So I decided to do 4 massages to help post chin Lipo with Max at Healthspa4u and it was absolutely worth it. It helped with my swelling and the fibrosis that had developed. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will go back again.

I am very impressed with the lymphatic drainage massage. Since my session was done 3 days ago, it might be too early for me to feel the full effects of the experience. All in all, I feel absolutely more grounded and energized. I recommend their services to those who want to see and feel the subtle lifted facial changes and looser fitting jeans I experienced when I left my session. I will book again!

I don't usually write reviews, but I am inspired to write one now because of the wonderful service I received at HealthSpa4j! I just finished a course of six lymphatic post-surgical drainage massages with Max, and I am incredibly pleased with the results! Max and his wife, Tetiana, are both very professional and friendly. Tetiana responded very quickly to my text inquiries and sent timely reminders about my upcoming appointments. My appointments were booked through texts, and the process was smooth, quick, and efficient, and communicating with Tetiana about schedule changes was a breeze. Max is a very talented, compassionate massage therapist. He explained the process at every step of the way, and continually checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable during the massage. I noticed significant results after the first massage, in that the areas of concern were smoother, less painful, and visibly less edematous, and I continued to notice improvements throughout the treatment. This was my first lymphatic massage and I was a little dubious about how helpful they could be, but Max has made a believer out of me-this procedure truly works! I have reached the end of my massages, but I am looking forward to trying out other types of services such as their deep tissue massage.

I went to see Max for a post lymphatic drainage massage because I had scar tissue that left knots. When I say he worked his magic, he pretty much made them disappear after a few sessions. I am now back doing the anti-cellulite massages and can’t wait to see my results because I’m sure they will be amazing as well. I would definitely recommend HealthSpa4u if you are looking for any post surgery lymphatic massages and all the other services provided!!! I can not be more pleased!!!

This place is great. Max has magic hands. After first sculptural facelift massage,- 1) face contours have improved and tightened, especially in the lower part of the face.. 2) lifted eyebrows 3) upper eyelids lifted, look more "open" 4) cheekbones lifted 5) lips became plump 6) improved skin tone and complexion 7) dark circles under the eyes almost disappeared

UPDATE: Today I returned to health spa 4 u for another lymphatic drainage massage and a face sculpt. Once again highly satisfied. I had eye bags despite my best attempt to get a good cycle of sleep every night, but with everyday life and activities my face tended to look… tired! Immediately after my face sculpt my eye bags were almost gone and the rest of my face was lifted and bright! Can’t wait to see what I look like in the morning. Thanks Max! I had the lymphatic drainage massage today for the first time and I’m very glad I tried this. I’ve heard good things about this type of self-care and decided why not? Healthspa4u had great reviews from clients who spoke highly of Max! After my experience today, I can see why. This was the first male masseuse I’ve had in a long time and I felt very comfortable. He explained which areas we have lymph nodes, one on each side of our pelvis area, under arms, and stomach. He checked with me before all areas to make sure it was okay to proceed. I came with the intention of getting the full experience so I was comfortable with Max working on all areas. I’m 2 days shy of being on my monthly cycle and despite the natural bloat that accompanies during this time, I not only feel better, I see a difference as well.
