The first day I walked into healthy hair salon, I had a very short hair and had no idea what I wanted to do. But Ms Kathy was so patient, kind and friendly with me. she gave my a few suggestions and styled my hair which came out so perfect. And I've been a regular customer ever since, and most times I allow her decide a perfect hair do for me. I won't forget to add that it's barely one year and my hair has grown longer and looking healthy. I strongly recommend Ms Kathy for her excellent services.

Saw this place while driving and tried multiple times to make an appointment. Went onto the website and selected a day and got a confirmation for 7am-7pm with a free text place to ask for a preferred time and requested after 4pm. I never received a call or notification to confirm so I stopped by a week later to ask. The lady, assumed owner, looked at me like I was crazy and told me she couldn't do what I wanted so I turned and left. I sat in my car to GPS myself home and she approached my car to give me a lady's number that is working from home. I called the number and the woman that answered seemed extremely irritated by me calling and told me she is fully booked for weeks....So, I definitely do not recommend this place if you aren't already an established "client" because their booking process is still a mystery. After the lack of professionalism all the way around I wouldn't feel comfortable going there anyway.

As a customer who has been coming here for years I am grateful for this shop. The staff is talented, on point with their braids, and easy to get along with. I enjoy my time here. The owner Ms. Kate is a very kind hearted and hands on. I remember braiding my hair and she joined in the process so I didn’t have to sit too long-That was truly amazing! Other places the owners just sat down locked up in their office or got busy with something else but she took the time to braid. Her braids are awesome!
