Had a really good experience with Diana for a post surgical lymphatic massage. 10/10 would recommend, theres even a small parking lot directly across so that street parking stress is relieved.

I want to share my experience with healthy way med spa, i started after surgery in july,,i met Claudia, she is so amazing,there is so many treatment and procedures to help you with your health.Steven manages the spa along with Claudia and their staff.Every one is so professional ❤️, to the front desk staff managing the front. DR Barker is so awesome helping out with treatment from weight loss and keeping your body Healthy. lastly,Nikki has transformed my body,thank u Nikki. I enjoy looking forward to my treatments. I have also been on their weightloss program an have lost weight. There is so much offered at healthy way med spa, so blessed to have started after being recommended per Dr Shulman.

I’ve waited a year + to write this review bc of the emotional damage I endured and how long it’s taken me to heal. I DON’T recommend going here post surgery. ❌ They are NOT qualified (despite what they say, despite Claudia’s “qualifications”) — they are here to do one thing and that’s to pretend they know what they’re doing, be super kind and simultaneously take all of your money. I had scar tissue post liposuction and paid them at least $1000, not including gratuity for every session I went to, they never told me I had scar tissue and when I continue to ask about the spot, they told me it was leftover fat that my surgeon left (which some of it was!! Don’t go to Dr.Earle in Miami bc he performs uneven lipo & does what he wants when you’re under). ➡️ It was NOT leftover fat, and was indeed DEEP scar tissue from the cannula and the drain that the nurse post op yanked out (NEVER get a drain - they’re useless & create more harm than good!) . ⬅️ I saw minimal results from my sessions with multiple people, including Claudia, that equated to at least 12 sessions minimum. 😭 🔥 If you have scar tissue, buy a mini ultrasonic machine off eBay for like $70 at 1.5 watts on continuous pulse for 10-15mins max (always moving in short circular motions), immediately after - use heated caster oil with ginger/lavender/rosemary essential oils, & use a guasha tool to do short strokers horizontally & vertically w light pressure to begin, then go deeper/medium pressure to continue to break up scar tissues (it shouldn’t be painful just slightly uncomfortable or else it damages the tissue more) following do a 15-20min infrared red light therapy session (lifepro belt works amazing as you can target different areas - make sure skin is clean & it’s touching your skin), then ice for 10-20mins after. Do this 3-4x/week after wounds/incisions have healed, about 3-6 weeks PO, depending on where the scar tissue is located. 🔥 As far as lymphatic massage, Healthy Way Medspa DON’T even perform it correctly and apply way too much pressure. 😡 It’s absolute blasphemy the amount of pressure they would use during lymphatic massage which does not move lymph at all, & will congest it more & even cause scar tissue!!! 😡 (ask ChatGPT & LYMPHEDEMA experts, and you’ll see I’m not lying) 👉 You can do lymphatic massage on yourself and essentially apply the same pressure you would if you were rubbing a baby’s head. That’s how LIGHT it should be. These people, including Claudia, have no idea what they’re doing, and I have met countless other women who have gone here and experience the same as I did. 😭 And to top it all off, ChatGPT was “who” helped me get rid of this scar tissue within 2 weeks after 2.5 YEARS!!!! 🤬😭😤 CHATGPT YALL!!!!!!!!!!! An Ai 🤖 App helped me more than ANY Medspa I went to in Sarasota AND Tampa!!!!! 🤬😤 That’s unacceptable! I spent thousands of dollars going to Healthy Way med spa + other places that literally just wanted to take my money and not help me. 😡 Do NOT trust these people and take your health and aftercare into your own hands, as now being through multiple surgeries, I can ASSURE you, you do NOT have to pay ANYONE for lymphatic massages (ONLY the first 7 days PO & by someone who does it PROPERLY w LIGHT PRESSURE - ❌ YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL PAIN DURING A POST OP LYMPHATIC MASSAGE!!!!) ❌and can do it your self at home as well as break up any scar tissue and fibrosis on your own!!! 💙 Stay blessed and stay empowered - do extensive research & USE ChatGPT as it searches the entire internet database & gives you TRUE FACTUAL INFORMATION AND EFFECTIVE STEPS THAT ACTUALLY WORK!!! 💙

I’ve been a customer of Healthy way spa for many years. Wherever procedure I get done I always get amazing results. I recently had surgery and I was in need of post surgical massages. Claudia, the owner, is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Her massages had helped me so much to lower my inflammation and reducing the pain I have been endearing since my surgery. In combination with IV vitamins, It’s amazing how fast I’m recovering. I highly recommend Claudia, and the rest of the girls. Thank you guys, all of you have done an amazing job!

Wonderful place! The staff and owner are very sweet and welcoming! I had the healthy way shot that has vitamin b12 in it, and it was absolutely wonderful in every way. My energy was boosted significantly and I felt like I could accomplish so much more in a day. I highly recommend!

I wanted to share my experience so far with Healthy Way MedSpa for anyone wanting to change their lives to the fullest this is the place. My husband and I both decided to go all in and see where this would take us. We are doing the weight loss under the care of Steve, who is so much fun to talk to and also caring at the same time. We also do the manual lymphatic drainage massage, Christine is amazing. Everyone there is super sweet, from Claudia being attentive to our needs and concerns to Grace welcoming us in with a smile and Valeria who as been kind too. It's been 6 weeks now and we have never felt so good mentally and physically. We are more active and alert. Doing more then we use to do. My husband has lost 18 lbs and I've lost 14 lbs. We still have more to go but the benefits that we're already feeling and enjoying is so good. I'm so grateful we took that leap into this journey because I truly believe we would be in worse shape. Can't wait to see where we will be at in our next 6 weeks......I'm excited and looking forward to it. Thank you Healthy Way Medspa for your excellent services and wonderful personalities, it's truly been a wonderful journey so far!!!

This is a hidden gem! The staff is friendly & helpful with great customer service. I have been attending sessions for about 4 months, I waited to do my review so that I had a true picture. I can honestly say that no matter what is needed, they customize a plan and work with you while always upbeat & positive with encouragement. You can’t ask for a better environment or better care. From the moment Claudia and I shook hands and exchanged smiles I sensed I had found the perfect person for the job. I was right. Claudia is the ultimate professional - a gifted massage therapist with golden hands. I had excessive swelling and edema after surgery and Claudia had been recommended by the surgeon’s nurse (always a good sign) for a series of lymphatic massages. Within a few hours of the first massage there was considerable reduction in the swelling. I was ecstatic. I went on to have 5 more and the swelling has completely disappeared. Even the surgeon expressed amazement and promptly sent his wife (who had also undergone surgery) for lymphatic massage. Thank you a thousand fold Claudia and your delightful staff at Healthy Way MedSpa!

I feel so lucky that my sister told me about this place. I am 10 weeks post op from my tummy tuck and lipo and have been coming here for my post op lymphatic drainage massages for the past 7 weeks. In addition to my customized lymphatic drainage massages I've had a couple of IV hydration drips which have been a comfortable experience and very affordable in comparison to other IV lounges that I have been to plus they have sales! I've had their healthy way shots again affordable and a great way to get your necessary vitamins in. Sarah is my masseuse and she's goes above and beyond for me I can tell she cares about my results as much as I do. Everyone there has been accommodating to my busy schedule. Always on time, very communitive and considerate of my time and experience. I have recommended Healthy Way MedSpa to my family, co-workers and friends. Plus open on Saturdays!!!

Love this Spa. Staff is very friendly and medical staff is second to none. I am constantly getting compliments on my Botox and have lost count on how many people I have referred to Healthy Way Med Spa for Botox. The Nurse Practitioner is highly skilled and takes time to talk to me each visit about what my needs and expectations are. Appreciate her level of professionalism.

Had a plasma treatment on my right knee over 3 weeks ago. The process was painless and man, what a difference it made. My knee feels 1000 times better and I could not be happier. I will be back for treatment on my left knee soon. I would highly recommend the plasma treatment for anyone with joint pain. It is worth every penny. Thank you Healthy Way Medspa!!!!!!

I Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! I had a surgery that required massages afterwards in order to heal properly so I called Healthy Way and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. CLAUDIA is HEAVEN SENT! She really cares about us as clients. She takes her time and the results are AMAZING! She was able to smooth out my body and soften stubborn tissue spots that had been rock hard for over 15 years!! I’m telling you guys GO SEE CLAUDIA and the crew! They truly care about the results. It’s very clean. Staff is very nice and keep it very professional. Super friendly! I can go on and on forever, especially about Claudia and those amazing hands lol!!!! They are very affordable and the quality is Top tier! 10/10 RECOMMENDED!!!

I was referred to Healthy Way MedSpa for post surgical lymphatic massage. The spa is beautiful - modern, clean, peaceful. The staff was very attentive and personable. Claudia is highly skilled in lymphatic massage and helped me quickly recover from surgery. Each session was adjusted to my pain level and stage of healing. Highly recommend!
