My daughter comes to HSD she’s had warts treated here. I just recently had a pesky mole removed from my eye lid. The Doctor had really great bed side manner and all the ladies who work in the office are very sweet. The office is immaculate and very relaxed. They have the comfiest chairs too, a clean restroom, and water cooler. I wish they had a WiFi password in the office; since cell service isn’t that great in that area. That’s a minor unimportant detail though. I highly recommend this place. My family is happy to be patients at Healthy skin. Thank you to the staff for making my experience so pleasant.

Disappointed. Darek Anderson took a flashlight to my skin and immediately recommended a prescription. This happened at both anppointments and the appointment was over in a minute. We never discussed what I already use for my skin, what face washes I use, what I eat, etc for my acne. At my second appointment, when I expressed that the prescription wasn’t working, he just said to up the percentage of the prescription and sent a new rx to my pharmacy. I always feel rushed. Even more disappointing, I had a 9:50am facial/acne surgery scheduled. I distinctly remember this because the nurse on the phone clarified 9:50, NOT 9:15. I made sure to write down 9:50. I showed up at 9:40 and checked in saying “Elizabeth for 9:50,” and the receptionist immediately scowled and rather angrily said “Your appointment was for 9:30 *sigh.*” So I, of course, immediately apologize and say that I was told by the nurse on the phone 9:50. She is still visibly frustrated with me and yells for Diana from the back. They tell me that I have to reschedule and that I should have come MUCH earlier. I felt so unappreciated and that was my final straw. I only agreed to the facial because I’ve met my deductible for the year. All the proposed rescheduling is for next year and they can’t fit me in before the end of the year. Therefore, I can’t afford this facial and have no interest in rescheduling. I will not be returning for the lack of care and importance I feel as a patient and for their rude receptionist. I feel like just a number here. I will also say that I always felt looked down upon for coming in “just” for acne. I want it to be gone, is that such a crime.

P.A. Stephen Cox is just as professional as he is personable. The front staff is very kind and accommodating. The facility is nice and clean. I love the skin care products they sell. I feel blessed that there is a location so close to me. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have only been there twice. I'm a new patient (AKA customer). Now bear in mind that I do not normally give glowing reviews. However, this time I will. Stephen (hope I spelled it correctly) Cox, is really easy to work with. He puts you at ease. Asks questions. And now get this.........even asks for input from the patient. Now, I did not want to leave out the staff. They are also very friendly. easy to work with and listen. Update. Went there this week again. Just read the above TWICE, and you will get my same opinion again. Keep up the good work. Please, Please, Please do NOT change what you guys are doing.

Very clean surroundings everything in place in appealing decor ladies are very polite at the counter. They don’t leave anyone standing. I came to my appointment on time and they were on time. I would recommend that very much. Have a good day.

From the moment you walk through the door you are immediately welcomed with the smiling faces from each person who is up front and ready to help you! Then to all who work in the back, same, welcoming smiles and Always friendly! Thank you! And then there is Dr. Steven Cox, who has the most warm and welcoming smile each and every time he walks in the room. Great relaxing and friendly personality. He listens to every worry you have and all concerns. He answers all your questions and puts them to rase for the time being, until we receive the end result and what the plan is. Thank you! Had an appointment with Darek Anderson referred by my Doctor. I was extremely nervous after just losing my twin brother to cancer. Had a biopsy done in a matter of minutes. Darek was so sympathetic and caring. I am still waiting on results but healing well Would highly recommend this office. Very friendly and caring! New office on Houghton.

Doctor Cox did an amazing job, made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions and concerns, the staff was delightful as well. Other services offered as well but zero attempts on upsells. Will definitely be a repeat patient.

I still can't get over how they take my picture after they tell me to smile and then wait till I look away. But the fact that that person did not even look at the pic for a redo but instead posted it of me looking down and away. Yes it's a small thing but kind of tells me they couldn't care less of me as a patient.

This was my first visit to HealthySkin. The office was beautiful and I was met with friendly, smiling faces. I didn't have to wait long before I was called back. When the NP came in with her assistant they were very kind. She went immediately to work asking what my concerns were. I had never been to a dermatologist before so I guess I had a few. She treated me kindly and did a great job. I am recommending this office, staff and NP to anyone when needs this kind of care. Thank you for making me comfortable and at ease. I will be seeing you again!

The doctor is great, anything that I ask of him, he informs me how he will get it done. The whole crew they have are great! Scheduling is easy and they get me in their office on my schedule. If you don't have a dermatologist, go to these guys!!
