I've been coming to Kristen at Heart & Sole massage for over a decade! She has the strongest hands in the business! She has helped me deal with so much pain over the years. She's alsojust the best human, when I started my business over a decade ago she sat with me for coffee and gave me all the advice she could. The only place I will ever get a massage..fureverrr.

Complete waste of time. $65 for the hour then I tip $20(before message) and the looks at it and says "oh no, I only do it for $40 tip" ....why not just charge $100?? Even then there's about 8 other locations in the area with better ethics.

Fantastic work. Kristen is amazing and always knows what to do to help me with my aches and pains. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful as she works. She listens to me and always gives me tips and advice to help me between my sessions. She is always on time and is the best part of my day when I get to work with her.

After my regular therapist of six years relocated to Florida I found myself struggling to find a high quality and effective massage therapist. Then I remembered Kristen. We traded years ago, before she began her business journey. Kristen did not disappoint! She has everything I was looking for. A genuine healer’s touch, wonderful energy, extremely effective techniques, and supreme quality bodywork. She is a true master of her craft. I have had many massages and I can confidently say she is one of the best in town. I highly recommend her!!!!!

I have been going to Kristen off and on for over 10 years. She consistently gives such in-depth deep massages, advice on self care for in between appointments, and is a great conversationalist. My body is like a big train wreck and I always feel relief after I get off her table. I absolutely love her.

A wonderful place to find relaxation and relief. I've come in for a "just because" massage, I've come in to ease migraine symptoms, I've come in post vehicle collision as a part of treatment. No matter your reason for coming in, they've got you covered. I leave feeling more energized with decreased tension and pain. Kristen is also the one of best humans in the world. She is compassionate and kind and knowledgeable! She listens to any concerns, like actively listens. On top of it all, she's a fantastic conversationalist if you prefer to chat on the table. Finding Heart & Sole has truly been a blessing in my life.

I had shoulder surgery in May 2020 and after several months of PT I was still having pain and limited movement. Kristen identified several muscles that were knotted up and causing most of my problems. Then she expertly massaged and worked the tightness out providing me with great relief. I have been back 2 additional times and she continues to make progress towards my full range of motion. Kristen is fantastic, she has hands of 'gold'.

My 8 yearold daughter wanted a massage so badly and most therapists won't do one since she's a child, But Nora took her and was excellent. She was very excited but nervous and Nora was was perfect with her. She made sure she was comfortable and treated her with the same respect and thoroughness that she would an adult. Wonderful Experience!!

A really nice experience. The room are quiet and and the light is dim. The music is soft The tables are heated. The therapist greets you afterwards with a glass of water. I recommend Nora as a therapist.

Excellent service! Customer service is a big part of my job, and you can tell right when you walk into Heart and Sole that they are focused on quality customer service. Rooms were silent, and being right on 183 I was not expecting that. Kelsey did an amazing job. I have never felt more relaxed, and more important felt my back muscles relax haha. Reading the poor reviews I did not see a way those could be valid, and would chalk that up to unsatisfactory customers. What an awesome setup, and friendly staff!

Kristen is amazing with injury or limitation. I highly recommend her. Knowledge level is above and beyond the rest. Will continue to drive 3.5 hrs to work with and help with any other limitations in the future

Online booking is the best thing ever! I love how easily/quickly I can book whenever I need relaxation or something more intensive/physically healing. The massage therapists here are amazing. I've booked with various therapists and they are all great.

The website suggests the user to look them over to determine services available. So I took the time to do that. I called and booked the appointment. I took the time to do that. I've been sitting around Austin waiting for that appointment only to get a call saying that masseuse no longer offers that service. I also changed my evening plans around the appointment as well. She didn't attempt to reschedule or fix the situation...just sorry...oops...my bad. They were so gracious not to charge me for the cancelled appointment. Maybe they should spend less time worrying about ensuring they get paid and make sure they actually know what services they are getting paid for. UPDATE: they called back and said the person actually could do it. Wow. Sorry, already booked another place that got it right the first time at a better price and a first timer discount! (Oak Haven Massage).

I am new to town and tried out Heart and Sole as they are very close to my apartment near the golf course. The staff was welcoming, the facilities are immaculate, and there are many options from Thai, to various fusion techniques, relaxation, and deep tissue. I received a deep tissue/sports massage with Nora H, who had amazing technique and surprising great pressure to help release sore muscles after an Ironman 70.3 last Sunday. Today I ran for the first time in a week, and felt great... my muscles felt limber, stretched, and relaxed. Thanks Nora and Heart and Sole Massage!

I’m not even from Austin and I absolutely loved this place. First of all the place is very clean and the outside has an “hacienda” look. The owner was very professional and very energetic. The restrooms were clean. They honored the time of my appointment (unlike Massage Envy they made me wait almost two hours) Stephanie was amazing I’ve only had two amazing massages in my life and she was awesome. The pressure my body needed was delivered by this awesome masseuse (sp) when I got out of there I felt like the circulation was coming to all parts of my body. Not only that, but Stephanie took the time to model some excersizes I could try at home to help with muscle tension. Absolutely loved this place...wish there was something like this in the DFW area.
