Heather was awesome with my teen for her first appointment. Made her feel heard and explained everything in a way she could relate. Her hair has never looked better. We got so many great tips. I would highly recommend her, especially if you have a teen who wants to know how their hair should be taken care of and styled.

Heather has been cutting my hair for 10 years. I’ve never had a bad cut from her. Even with grow out my hair has looked amazing. When COVID started it was 8 months before I went back for a haircut and my hair still looked great although longer than it had been for years. I have recommended her to lots of friends and suggested people hours away make a special trip to see her, that’s how much I believe in her ability to cut curly hair.

Heather is warm and personable. My first time visiting I feel like I've been going to her for years. She gave me great instructions how to style my curls and of course the haircut was amazing. I showed her a photo and that's exactly what I got. When you find a good stylist, you stick with them. Heather is now my stylist.

I saw Heather a few months ago, and after she was done, my hair had never looked better. I’ve always had curly hair but never quite found the style I needed to make my curls look their best, especially around my forehead. My curls are back, I have good bounce and my hair hasn’t felt this good to me in twenty years. I’ve had a follow-up appt. since and once again I received impeccable service. I’m so happy that I found Heather, and I recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been going to Heather for a few years. I used to dread getting haircuts and I would go 1-2 years between cuts; I don’t feel nervous with Heather and she does a great job every time. She’s super friendly, makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and listens to what I want. If I tell her I want to keep length she does that, if I tell her I want more volume she makes it happen, I’ve never had a time where I had a bad experience. I trust her and I actually look forward to haircuts now. Would recommend her to anyone! But in particular for those with wavy/curly hair :)

Just a warning, on her website she only highlights her 5 star reviews, which explains a lot. I had a botched haircut from her, wrote a review and it is magically gone. Thats not the purpose of having reviews if you only highlight the good experiences. It should be all experiences. I have a curly hair bob with my hair shorter in the back and I wanted nothing like this (i showed her the length I wanted... she cut off nearly 8 inches). Just beware the 5 star reviews arent always what you think on her website.

Heather is fantastic! If you ever have a doubt booking someone to take care of and help you with your curly hair, don’t even hesitate to book her!! I used to go to a “curly girl” salon and they can’t even compare to the knowledge and quality and products. And she even recommends products based on your hair that you can find where you shop everyday. She definitely has a passion for curly hair and the know how to cut, style, and maintain your hair on your curly journey. I will only go to her now.

Heather's been cutting my hair for a few years now, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. She always knows what to do with my in-between hair so that I can wear it wavy, curly or straight. She's a great communicator, and always listens to what I ask for, not to mention that I truly enjoy her personally and have great conversations every time! Though I've moved out of Columbus, I plan to keep driving back just to have her cut my hair! Highly recommend!
