Love love love Katie! She’s been doing my hair for a few years now and she knows her stuff. She is so kind and funny and I always love chit chatting with her while she does my hair. I refuse to get my hair done anywhere else, I could never cheat on my girl!! All the staff at heather’s are super friendly too and her salon is my happy place! I also think that the prices are a wicked deal, especially because of the high quality of service that you receive. Katie is my go to gal, and as long as I live in VB, I’ll be going to her!

I can’t recommend this salon enough. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Heather and her staff outside of the workplace. When my family and I were met with the hardship of finding out my mom has breast cancer and will be soon losing her hair due to treatments I reached out to Heather for help. She did not hesitate to quickly fit us in for an appointment so my mom could get a haircut to help with the difficult transition. She handled the situation with grace and made my sister and I feel included. She not only gave my mom a beautiful haircut but also provided comfort to her during such an emotional time which is truly invaluable. Thank you so much!

I’ve been going to Heather’s Hair Design for a couple years now. I found my hair stylist and always stick with her. Katie never disappoints me, she knows exactly when I explain to her what I want. Her knowledge is unmatched both coloring and cutting. Love Katie, highly recommend her to anyone.

Extremely surprised and unsatisfied with dealing with this business . I scheduled an appointment here and for my appointment i showed up late but it was not a no call no show . Even still i was charged $ 130! I was shocked and when i asked for an explanation they refused to give me a genuine answer . No good.

I absolutely adore this shop. The women who work there are AMAZING. I loved every bit of my time there. From walking through the door, to walking out. Heather cut my hair exactly as I’d asked and was so kind. I drive 45 minutes to her shop and will continue to do so as long as I live here. You will walk out the shop feeling so happy!!

I went expecting a salon quality haircut and received multiple poor haircuts here. I gave specific instructions and even provided pictures. I saw multiple stylists and never got a good haircut. Im extremely disappointed that haircuts this expensive were so poor. I've had better luck at great clips.

I FOUND MY HAIR PERSON!!! I don’t want to say her name because I’m greedy when I find good hair stylists hahah I’ll just say her name rhymes with Matie 😂 but for real, I haven’t had my hair colored since October 2019 pre covid and I was nervous going to someone new but excited. I showed her a pic, she got right to work and seriously my hair is the prettiest color it’s ever been! She took what I wanted and somehow made it even better! Like a hair magician!!! Highly recommend Katie!! She didn’t cut only color but I’m fully confident she’ll be good at cutting too! Anyways just wanted to let you all in on the secret ☺️ THANKS KATIE!!!!

Well, I would have given this place a five star but I was disappointed with my haircut. I wanted a pixie cut and I felt like I went to a barber the way it looks by the time it was done. Just thankful that the manager fixed my hair. I went here because I saw the google reviews and it’s seems like it was a good place to get a hair done. But all in all I was not happy walking out this place at all. I know all hair is different but I have gotten a a pixie cut several times but today I felt like a barber cut my hair. When I put not professional it’s because my hair was not professionally cut by a goid hairstylist.
