I went to heaven spa yesterday for a massage and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very nice clean facility and the staff was very friendly and very attractive. I had pain in my lower back and they worked on that for about 30 minutes and took care of all the pain. This is the first time in a long time that I really feel good with my back. I would recommend this for anybody who has pain or just wants a nice massage to relax with.

This is the first time I’ve been to a massage place, had a very pleasant experience very professional and welcoming. I went in with a very sore feeling neck. And my back was hurting so much. And I had a great massage. Couldn’t be happier. Will be back for sure. 😁

I came in today for the first time. It was very clean and the massages were very calming and helped with my severe back pain. The Masseuses were very nice and respectful. I recommend it to everyone and I will be returning!

I return for another massage I had severe low back pain finished 3 massages in one week, my back is much better. Very professional massage, clean rooms & happy staff. If you try this spa it will quickly become your favorite too.

Worst massage I have ever had the whole session involved massaging my skin.! The person doing it had no idea what she was doing. In the middle of the session they answered the phone twice and went to the door to meet two customers and discuss appointments with them. At the end of the session they demanded tip for the poor service!!!

Fantastic massage, had it with friends after a round of golf, it was a great massage, relieved tension in my back and neck. All the ladies here are amazing and doing a great job. My friends and I are very satisfied, highly recommended!

I asked for a combo reflexology massage. That was supposed to include the foot and neck area. It took the therapist a while to get started. It was supposed to be a 30 minute massage, but was only 15-20 minutes! The pressure was way too light and she didn’t understand English. She worked on my neck area for literally one minute only. One of the worst massages I have had! And the atmosphere and attitude was lacking. You get a feeling they don’t care it’s all about money for them! To top it off, when walking out, therapist demanded a tip! I let her know I was not happy.

Don’t go here. It’s not worth it. I paid for an hr and it was cut short because they’d rather service men over women which sounds kinda weird. And the guy that came in like 3-4 times kept asking if he could get a look at who was going to be giving him the massage. When I tried to reschedule thinking maybe it was just a busy day or something they kept making excuses so I guess it’s just a business for men. First part of massage was interesting because I’ve never had the back walking and than also she popped my neck which released tension so that s a plus I guess.

Heaven Spa has consistently relieved severe sciatica pain in my leg ! Today II could barely walk before my Massage and now I feel Like I'm in Heaven ! ! ! My husband and I had 90 minute massages there yesterday and it was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. Both therapists were extremely professional and the spa was very inviting. I highly recommend it.

Probably one of the worst massages I’ve had. It was basically an hour of rubbing lotion on your body with no pressure while the two masseuses talked the entire time. My boyfriend felt like she was touching inappropriately, which honestly explains why mostly men are writing the good reviews. When we tipped them they told us that wasn’t enough and that we needed to double it. If the massage was better we likely would have given more however this was a truly terrible experience.

The massage was okay but when I tipped 25% ($25) at the end I was hit up for more and given an argument why it wasn't enough. I politely took issue but endup up tipping 40% in order to not make a scene and simply leave. Not sure if she was happy with that or not. Don't care. Point is, they don't understand business. That extra $15 she got that evening cost her several hundred in the weeks to come because I would have gone back. As mentioned, the massage was good, it did help and I would have gone back but not after being held up before leaving.

A comment about my recent spa visit in Scottsdale I had just completed a 12 hour drive from Northern California to Scottsdale and wasn’t feeling very good. I knew I needed some therapy and had remembered a really good spa on Frank Lloyd Wright that I had been to before. I am so glad I went after that trip. The place is very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The masseuse was fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable and her treatment helped so much. I was very impressed with how interested she was in helping and she really seemed to care. I felt so much better. My back and shoulder have improved a great deal since I now go in once a week. I would highly recommend the Heaven Spa to anyone in need of therapy and a very constructive massage. BR

Found this store in North Scottsdale. The massage technique was good. Have gotten deep tissue and Swedish style here before. The technicians were nice. Last time I got some back walking too. Good thing she was just the right shape and weight for that...not too heavy for me. Always had satisfactory massage here.
