I’ve been coming to Heavenly Foot Massage for over 5 years, but after my experience yesterday, I will never return. The customer service, attention to detail, and overall relaxing “spa” atmosphere have severely declined. Alex was my masseuse, and it was the absolute worst massage I have ever received. I repeatedly told him the pressure was too hard, but he completely ignored me. He was literally digging his fingers into my back while simultaneously popping his knuckles against my skin. I left feeling far worse than when I arrived. His total disregard for my comfort made me want the massage to end as quickly as possible. He was just as rough on my feet, causing me to jump several times from the pain. Even after I told him multiple times to use less pressure, he nodded but continued to make it worse. I left in severe pain and had to take an ibuprofen 800. If this pain doesn’t subside soon, I’ll be seeing a doctor to get checked out. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk handled the payment situation unprofessionally. I paid with a gift card, and with Alex sitting right there, the clerk asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Feeling pressured, I said I’d leave $5 and asked for change for a $20. After fumbling around, he managed to scrape up $5, but when I clarified I needed $15 back, he got visibly upset. He handed me the change without even a “thank you.” As a repeat customer who has referred numerous people to this location, I am extremely disappointed. The service here has become unacceptable. If you’re looking for a quality massage and a place that values your business, spend your money elsewhere.

Beautiful and lovely, but pricey. The staff were helpful and friendly, the massage was just perfect. I'm not even sure I can find an area to suggest any kind of improvements. I am sure that I'll be back, and look forward to my next time there. All in all, worth it and wonderful!

Do remember year ago met Allen at Heavenly foot massage at Cheshire Bridge road He is young nice Asian cute boy always smile in round eyes and round face massage is faultless proportionately sliding all through the body at key points and it’s truly relaxing He took more cary on my supine with such considerate nurturing He told me while Original worship macho for men , is formal etiquette and core part of traditional local culture .Thus the whole massage session like a ritual and finally a sincere joy over flow right from the bottom of my heart ,I tipped him decently and he see me off at the door with charming smile in the air .He is so impressive since I met him first time till now . I’m regular it’s really enjoy physical and emotionally.

I had the 60 minute foot massage and it was a great experience! Javi took care of me and relieved all my tense muscles and joints. I highly recommend!

Javi was a good massage therapist and the place made me feel decently relaxed, but as a patron of foot massage places for decades, unfortunately I have to say this place is not value for money. May as well go to any other chinese foot massage place for half-ish the price, same quality of massage. They have good ambiance though, and they’ll give you a hot aromatherapy pillow around your neck and a soft blanket, if you think that justifies 1.5x the price. If you’re paying for 30 min of massage, only 20 of that is actual massage; the rest is fetching and putting away supplies, arranging towels on your head or shoulders, pumping lotion etc - I especially dislike when they start the timer, and then leave to go put a water bucket away for a couple minutes. Front desk seems a bit vapid; could not answer my questions.

if I could give HEAVENLY FOOT MAASGE no stars I would… I come to the location once a month but for past two months i HAVE been getting poor service. when I book my appointment today I asked for an experienced massage therapist. I spoke with the manager of the location and he insist that he would place with an experienced therapist. After sittin for the 60 minute massage the therapist was very inexperienced a the massage was the worst. I’ve ever had in my life.. after coming out to check out asking to speak with the manager again about the service performed. The manager lacked sympathy as I was telling about the experience an I asked that he pull the camera to watch an see the poor service that she preformed. instead of checking the camera and acknowledging the fact that the service was poor. I then asked to see her licensed He told me to not come back. beware of this place the customer service is poor, the quality of service is poor and the manage could not produce a license for the services they are performing!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Alex! Thank you so much for a great massage! I have been working on my fitness and my shoulders and feet needed some help. I also have arthritis in my fingers and the massage made them feel so much better. I will be back soon and will definitely ask for you.

NOT what it used to be! I had been a customer for the past 8 years, left because of the lack of consistency in the massages and front desk training or lack there of, decided to try them one more time and I’m done! I paid $69 for an hour foot massage and got a lukewarm LOTION rub down. I ask the lady TWICE if perhaps she could apply mor pressure because I had a slight cramp in my calf which is why I scheduled the appointment in the first place. She never responded nor did she make any effort to perform an actual massage and when I checked out there were a bunch of silly, giggling, adolescents at front desk who seemed bored and disconnected. These folks are just providing a PRETEND SPA - LOOK ! and taking folks money. Sooo many other places nowadays that actually do REAL massages and have professional staffers. Go there.

The front desk staff was very rude and disrespectful. She stated that her name was Zelda and she was a manager, but she had no training on how to greet customers and speak professionally. Needless to say, we did not get served and we went to another location.

Absolutely amazing!!!! There is a reason it's named heavenly! Definitely get the signature 90 min bc 60 will have you regretting you didn't do the extra 30 min. I wish they had a membership program bc I would come every other week for sure.

I probably go here 3x a month. It’s so relaxing and quiet. The place is clean, the staffs are VERY nice and professional. I usually have my select few who I tend to request service from. But lately, I’ve been going with the flow and I’ve noticed ALL have their own personal touch. Definitely make time for this wonderful place! You will not regret it! :)

Don’t come here if you have tattoos. I can only describe my experience as almost being body shamed. The woman stopped my massage several times to hold my legs up to her face to examine me. I felt her slowing down the massage to almost nothing so I peeked out from under the towel that they put over your eyes and at two separate points, she had waved coworkers over and was pointing to my body. Yeah I probably should have gotten up or said something but I brought my friend there for a birthday gift and didn’t want to ruin her time. Yes, I’m heavily tattooed and some of them are silly or funny but this isn’t a nail salon where I’m chatting and talking to the ladies and we’re all giggling together and having a grand ole time. She was being sneaky and pretending to massage while gawking, because when I stirred, she quickly straightened up and went back to pretending to massage me. I frequent other places like this across the city, and have even gotten massages in other countries and I haven’t been made to feel so uncomfortable as this experience. Couldn’t wait for it to end and I won’t be back.

This is one of my favorite massage places! I discovered them using a gift card from a friend, years ago. I finally went, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!

I’ve visited this place several times in the past couple of years and they always provide great service. Now I go to the same person and it’s never hard to book a last minute appointment. They’re always welcoming and the water is refreshing. I always feel amazing leaving this place. This place got me through my pregnancy.

Today, four of us had the opportunity of the experience and I had an outstanding masuse, Candy is her name. My friend that was next to mealso had an superb masuse as well that she looked over at me after the session came to an end.....all she could say was, "Heavenly" and lololol. Choose the right masuse and that will make your experience fabulous🤗
