I saw this place as I was walking into Anthony's Thornton. By the time I finished lunch I knew I had to try this experience. I walked in and asked if they had any availability, was shown to a nice comfy chair in a large dim very beautiful calming, dream-theme type of room. Immediately felt like I was in another world. I chose lavender and frankincense for my half hr appt, was warmed with a blanket, warm beanbag covered my eyes, a warm light beanbag massage on my neck while my feet soaked. The rest was just a half-conscious state of relaxation as my calves, ankles, feet were massaged and hot-towel wrapped for the next 20 minutes. Afterwards, my legs & feet were cleaned, dried and re covered with my pant legs. The wonderful person who worked on me was Jessica. I will always remember this. One of those things you never realize what you're missing until you do it. I've never seen a foot massage place in Canada but I will be looking once I return home, that's for sure. (The video was taken because there was no one else in the entire room. Otherwise, I would not have.)

I had an amazing experience at Heavenly Foot Massage Spa! I opted for the 90-minute signature foot and head massage, and Valentina was truly excellent. Her professionalism, gentle touch, and calming presence made the entire session incredibly relaxing. I walked out feeling completely renewed and stress-free. Valentina’s expertise is a real asset to the spa, and I highly recommend her services. The only area for improvement would be the receptionist. When I called to confirm my appointment, she initially insisted that I didn’t have one. After some back and forth, she suddenly found it, but her manner and tone during the call didn’t reflect the soothing and welcoming vibe you’d expect from a high-quality spa. Some additional customer service training would enhance the overall experience. That said, the quality of the massage more than made up for it, and I’ll definitely be returning. If you're in need of relaxation and expert care, Heavenly Foot Massage Spa is a great choice!

I got the 90 minutes heavenly massage. I received maybe 15 min on my feet. I layed around for a combined 10 min of nothing happening while supplies and such were being gathered. I told the lady at the front desk I wasn't happy and she told me I booked the wrong type of massage. Didn't Why ven try to help the situation. Why would anyone think that at a FOOT massage place I would only get 15 min out 90 for my feet.

Be careful not to fall asleep because they'll leave in the middle of the massage. I mentioned this to the lady up front. Went back again and they did it again. The atmosphere is nice & massages are good but I want to get the full hour I paid for. I haven't been back in a while & I need a massage badly. I'm going to massage envy.

I have the best experience ever the entire staff is really friendly and Ivanna is so nice she making sure that I have a great experience She recommended the signature foot massage for 60 minutes for my first time and I don’t have any regrets

I usually have a good experience here but today isn’t one of those times. The experience overall was NOT relaxing both physically and mentally. My friends and I came to relax and decompress but all 3 of our masseuses were so busy whispering and talking to each others the ENTIRE of our 1 hr massage that they BARELY massage. It wasn’t loud talking but definitely enough that my friends and I can hear and it was constantly distracting. There’s no pressure whatsoever, felt more like someone just softly rubbing oil on our body, massage was sporadic and randomly stopping for minutes here and there. Maybe it’s for something they need to do, Idk. It was a little disappointing that my friends did not get to enjoy the experience since it’s their first time visiting Orlando and this place.

I visited Heavenly Foot Massage with my family on Monday, August 26th. We had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. I observed an incident at the beginning of our service when we were given the option to choose our bath salt. At the front desk, I overheard Ivanna speaking Spanish to another employee, a young African American lady with blonde hair. Ivanna told the employee she would not be allowed to service our group of five because she was late. I do not believe the employee understood what Ivanna said because another employee had to translate the conversation. Witnessing this incident was disturbing and unprofessional, in my opinion. How a company chooses to reprimand its employees for tardiness is their business. However, handling this matter in a better location, in a private setting, and not in front of guests would have been best. On a positive note, Valentina, my masseuse, did an exceptional job! Despite the rest of the family enjoying their time, we won't return due to this incident.

Not worth your money. I drove all the way from Lake Nona on my birthday looking to relax. I booked a 60 minute foot massage when in reality my foot massage was less than 30-35 minutes. The lady began by VERY gently rubbing oil all over my shoulders but it honestly all ended up on my dress and in my hair. I think the shoulder massage was longer than my foot rub. The oil she used on my shoulders and legs smelled terrible and was cold. The whole time I was just ready for it to be over. The lady finished 10 minutes early. By the end I felt like someone who had never given a massage just dumped a gallon of oil on me. There are so many pressure points in your feet and that lady didn’t hit a single one. Don’t waste your money on this place. It’s 100000% not worth your time or your money.

First experience at Heavenly Foot Massage and will definitely be back. Lost my gold and diamond bracelet while getting service in the blanket. I did not realize it. Went to dinner and got a call from them saying they found bracelet and did I lose one.... AMAZING employee returned it to the front desk, could have easily kept it for themselves, so nice to see honest people do exist!! Thank you Heavenly Foot Massage for your excellent foot massage and returning my heirloom bracelet to me! Forever grateful!!!

If you love the massage part of your pedi, THIS IS FOR YOU. If you don't like to remove your clothes for a massage, THIS IS FOR YOU. Comfortable, charming, and wonderful all in one stop. My only note for the proprietor is to make sure the techs hold a hot stone a minute before they start...it took a while for her hands to warm up.

This place is truly heavenly. We gave my mother a session as a gift for her 69th birthday and she loved it. Jessica took great care of her. She has arthritis and she was treated gently, skillfully and was really relaxed. She came out asa new person, relaxed and without pain. I cannot recommend this place enough. I surely will book again,for Mom and for the rest of the family.

This place is so much more than you can imagine. The surroundings are so serene. The place is so relaxing and it's just not feet. It is a bit pricey and you need to pay for parking (they really should validate).

I got foot fungus after a week my right toe nail fell off and I got yellow puss coming out of my left pinky toe it got infected and I went to the doctor and they gave me anti fungal medication this is a big problem because I sell feet pics on the side

I’ve been going there for years. An accident left one of my legs with poor circulation. I’ve been to a number of physical therapy clinics. Though HFM is not officially a PT Clinic, they do a spectacular job on my injured leg. A great atmosphere plus very nice people makes it a great place. Incidentally, they do full body massages, too. I should probably try that, too!

Wasn’t the best customer service experience, the gentleman Luis if that’s even his real name, does not care about his job or clients. As a first timer it’s important to know that I can’t park in front of the business, that I have to park on the street or pay for parking inside a garage. He was very nonchalant didn’t care at all that I didn’t know. I’m so mad! This was supposed to be my birthday treat to self and small minor details would be great to know!! Thanks for nothing.
