Do NOT purchase a Groupon for rhis place!!! My guy bought a Groupon, they told him to mark the Groupon "redeemed" when he scheduled the appointment (definitel Red Flag),. We were 9 minutes late when they called his phone, told him the services would be cut short because we were late, we asked if we could reschedule, they told us we would have to pay, despite already purchasing the Groupon. We told them we would request a refund from Groupon, the woman replied "the voucher is already redeemed, you will not get a refund" which leads me to believe this is common practice for this business to steal people's money. Going back and forth with Groupon for a refund, and disputing with my bank if unresolved. Horrible business practices, untrustworthy and bad customer service. This place will not get a dollar of my money.

Absolutely loved this. My boyfriend and I did a couples massage. We found a package through Groupon. It was really relaxing and the massage therapists were really friendly. Their steam showers are super awesome. My boyfriend and I loved it so much that we will definitely go again.

I received a Groupon for my birthday for a 90-minute massage and a 60-minute facial. Everything was wonderful! The staff were super friendly and the facility was clean, welcoming, and very relaxing. Definitely going back!

WHAT A TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT, everyone has been so rude and NOT helpful at all. This time I was gifted a groupon I wasn't able to use for my birthday because my grandfather had just passed. So I finally decide to use it after work, I called & made my appointment. I called front desk to let them know I would like to reschedule (this was before 5pm my appointment time) my ride kept cancelling before 5 so it made sense to call and reschedule to a different time or day, seeing as how I was not going to be able to enjoy the entire massage for that duration of the time PAID. The receptionists who doesn't have a clue what the hell she's doing tells me I would have to pay a extra $55 for a no call no show. HOW and I JUST CALLED BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT! just another way to steal money from customers. I have been calling for a week trying to speak to a manager/supervisor who is just somehow "NEVER AVAILBLE" when I call but you know who is available THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU. I have to let my CEO know to NEVER use this as a corporate gift for the holidays! READ THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

After an exhausting, stressful day at work, my neck and shoulders were incredibly tense and painful. Feeling drained, I decided to visit Heavenly Massage, and it truly lived up to its name. Julia, my massage therapist, was amazing—she knew exactly how to relieve my stress. I left feeling completely relaxed, and the pain in my neck and shoulders disappeared. To top it all off, she offered me a steamy shower at the end, which was the perfect finishing touch. I’ve had massages at many other places, but nothing compares to this experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Julia—thank you so much!

I should’ve written this review along time ago. I bought a package of 10 and I’ve already gotten through six and I’ve really enjoyed the massages. I have had here. The staff is very nice and the therapist are very knowledgeable. Definitely planning on buying another package of 10 when this one is done. Above all, I left a gold necklace in one of my massage rooms and I’m so incredibly grateful that the staff is honest and we’re able to find this necklace that means so much to me. For the amazing staff and a wonderful service I give this place a 20 out of 10!!!!! :)

Although the spa was nice looking, I received one of the WORST massages ever by Lynn. Absolutely no massage technique, I was left feeling uneasy because things done on one side but skipped on the other side of my body, no kneading, nails too long, elbow constantly pressed into my scapula, and constant use of her elbow now has me feeling worst than when I came? The front desk staff tired to assure me that she is the most requested therapist and have been working there for over 10yrs? I just can't believe that... IMPOSSIBLE!!! The only reason I didn't get up from the table, is because my husband was receiving a massage next to me and I didn't want to disturb him. I should've asked to see her credentials because she was that bad.

I went to take my mom, sis for a girl day spa 🧖🏽‍♀️ and had spoken to the respective prior to my appointment and when I got there no one took in my information and didn’t have the slot that I had previously requested. I had emailed all my information weeks in advance for this day. Apparently I wasn’t in their reservation slot. I have email confirmations with one of their personal and since she went on vacation the person that was at the front for the day was reluctant and unwilling to help. She ended up only helping 2 of the 3 on my party. I would not recommend the location at downtown Chicago! The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I received a gift certificate for a manicure/pedicure for my birthday. The certificate listed several locations, including north State Parkway. I went there to redeem it, and upgraded the manicure to no chip, and the pedicure to a paraffin pedicure. I paid the upcharge before the service. The manicure was fine, not great, but fine, the pedicure was excellent! The technician was very friendly and helpful. So why only two stars? After the service was completed, I left a generous tip and stopped at the front desk to validate parking. The person at the front desk informed me that I owed an additional $10.00, because the gift certificate was purchased at a suburban location and the downtown store has different pricing. I pointed out that the location was listed on the flyer with no mention of any price restrictions. She stated that they charge $10.00 more than what was paid for the gift certificate, and claimed it was explained to the buyer at the time of purchase that the price at the downtown location was more. Of course, I have no idea what the person paid for the gift certificate, but I doubt he was told about an increase, because he knows I live downtown and would likely choose that location. I paid the $10 but made it clear that it made no sense to me, they should have honored the gift certificate for the service stated. This left a very bad impression of the establishment and although the service itself would warrant a return visit, I would never patronize them again.

Went here for the ‘day at the spa’ package and everything was amazing. Lina, my manicurist gave me the best Russian manicure of my life. I'm writing this review two weeks later and they still look perfect with zero chips. 10/10 recommend

Great experience overall. Adored the PEDICURE!!!! Omg, it was wonderful!!!!! I pretty much fell asleep during it! Manicure was alright, felt like she was going through the motions and it felt very mechanical in nature, but the pedicure made up for it. As far as the quality of the work, spent the next day all day in the pool and no chipping or or issues with the work done. Would come again as they validate parking next door. Otherwise the parking situation was near impossible, this part of the gold coast has tow signs every 2 feet.

Heavenly Massage is my go-to for manny-patties and massages. The facilities are sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and professional, the massages are gentle but effective, and the manicures/pedicures are polished and last a while. They also offer great deals on Groupon! Highly recommend!

Massage and service was good but the nail techs rushed through and left nails chipped and droopy. The massage was effective and relaxing but the nail techs were short in conversating and didn't have good customer service.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town. We called a few hours beforehand, Victoria was able to fit us in the morning. We had a great 60 minute massage from Ksia and Aya. They took care of us and we were not disappointed at all.

Overall a great experience! We came here a few months ago during our staycation after our wedding. Staff were nice, premises were clean and well maintained. The deep tissue massage was relaxing. We enjoyed our time there a lot!

My daughter and I got massages there. My experience was good, although it really didn’t feel much of a massage more like rubbing oil all over my body. My daughters experience was, she couldn’t really relax because the massage therapist kept talking to her, and then never offered her their amazing shower experience, which is very unfortunate because the amenities there are really amazing
