Hector fixed my haircut that was done by a barber. The color service is excellent as well. The cut and color both look natural as the cut is designed to cover some patchy baldness. The place is relaxing and designed beautifully. It takes you to another place and time. The price is great, especially when you know that Hector has been doing this since he was very young and is so professional.

Hector provided me with feedback and advised on how to upgrade my hair style and color. He was kind, attentive, and understanding, he took the time to explain every step. Wow, you've truly done an AMAZING job! I can’t thank you enough for your incredible work. Hector is not only super professional, but he’s also such a wonderful person with a heart of gold. He genuinely cares and is an excellent listener. What really stands out is his AMAZING eye for color and texture—he can visualize the final look before he even touches your hair! I simply sat in his chair and said, "Just do what you think will make me look GREAT," and he absolutely nailed it. If I could, I would give him 100 stars! I really love his shop and the personal, undivided attention you get there. From the moment you walk in, it’s like stepping back in time. The place is spotless and beautifully decorated—it definitely feels like a little spa getaway!

We are in Tampa for the season and I really was in need for cut n colour, I just googled hair stylist in Tampa area, and Hector’s Art Salon caught my eye because (1) I liked his story of his profession and his expertise. I also went on to read his reviews, they were all very complimentary. So I called and booked an appointment..And I was Not disappointed, Hector is one of a kind in his profession, he is very sincere, he’s very much a perfectionist, I wasn’t sure what I wanted (short—grow out) he lead me in the perfect direction and I couldn’t be happier..Thank you Hector! ❤️ He also gave me awesome makeup tips for my complexion.. ❤️

I stumbled across Hectors Art Salon via google and couldn't be more thankful. Hector was a pleasure to speak with. He took a look at look my current situation, educated me on things he could do differently and ways to improve my hair style in relation to my bone/facial structure. Hector took his time and salon has a nice vintage and classic feel. I will definitely be coming back, I'm only disappointed I didn't find him sooner.

I always look forward to my appointments with Hector. It's like visiting with a friend. The studio is comfortable, fashionable and has the best music playing.
